Haleem was really bad and nans were all cold. Haleem was all watery. I doubt they know what haleem is.

We ordered butter chicken, garlic naan, and honey garlic fries, and honestly, this was such a disappointing experience. This was our 4th time driving all the way from Brampton just for their butter chicken, and it was nothing like before. The butter chicken had no taste, completely bland, and the chicken pieces looked and tasted like leftover tandoori chicken with a dark orange color.

When we complained, the staff had no clue what to do. Instead of fixing it, they literally asked us what they should do! That’s your job, not ours. They brought the dish back again with absolutely no improvement, and no one even bothered to come check if it was okay after that. The portion size was also way less than what we used to get.

On top of that, the girl serving us was making faces and rolling her eyes, thinking we wouldn’t notice—but we very well did. That kind of attitude is unacceptable.

The service was terrible, the staff didn’t care at all, and it was obvious the owner wasn’t there because things were completely off. Honestly, after this visit, we’re so disappointed that we might never come back again.

We recently had Karahi Master cater for our dinner party, and the experience was excellent! The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. The haleem, in particular, was outstanding – rich, perfectly balanced, and truly authentic. The biryani was aromatic and well-spiced, the karahi chicken was deliciously tender, and the gulab jamun was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. We would definitely recommend Karahi Master for any gathering or event!
