The server I had tonight is wonderful . She was very attentive and kind . Her name was Sophia !! Nice little blonde girl . I work in a restaurant so I’m. Wry particular with service and she was top notch . Checked on us to make sure our food was good . Cleared my table after eating of all our dirty plate . Offered us refills on our drinks ..Will definitely be coming back again . Great service . Great food ♥️

Update: The manager Umreen called us to find out what transpired over our dinner and was very apologetic. She took the time to understand and explain to us what went wrong and measures she will take to ensure it is avoided in future. Thank you!

We are really disappointed with our experience at Kelseys Roadhouse. The service by Zoe S was lethargic and extremely slow—we had to wait over 50 minutes just to get our bill!

The food was equally disappointing:

The Alfredo pasta was very average, with a taste that was below par.

The chicken bites had no seasoning at all—completely bland and salty.

The Sonoma Salad was really the only dish we really enjoyed.

To top it off, they charged extra just for adding more Parmesan cheese on the Alfredo pasta.

We understand it was New Year’s Eve, but the service was unacceptable, especially by Kelseys’ standards. 👎 It's truly a letdown.
