This business is one people need to take notes from. Their staff is amazing, right from the moment we walk in the door. The lovely lady who served us will know who wrote this review. We come as a family of 4, with 2 young boys. My older son always orders first 😅 pineapple juice this time! Can't beat the wings and deals aswell. Right to the end you feel at home here. This location is a gem. Thank you and we will be back soon!

We had an excellent experience at Kelsey’s on Erin Mills! We came in with a large group of about 50 food chemists, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The menu was diverse, so there was something for everyone, and the food was great across the board.

The servers were fantastic! organized, friendly, and efficient and the manager did an outstanding job coordinating such a big group. Despite our size, we were in and out in about an hour and a half, which was impressive.

Highly recommend this location for large groups or team outings. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I dined at Kelseys Erin Mills location on Dec. 1, 2025. Our hostess Alysha was welcoming and friendly upon our arrival and it continued for the duration of our visit.
She was knowledgeable of the menu and made a few suggestions of my menu queries. We were impressed with her positive demeanor and her willingness to accommodate us. She is genuine and charming with great people skills. She gave us Great Service.
We also met the manager Ambreen who stopped at our table to greet us with a warm smile. They were both attentive to our needs and made sure we had a pleasant evening. Until our next visit.

Me and my girlfriend have been regulars here for about two years now. Our experience is always great. The staff are nice, and they have a delicious spin dip and burger. Overall Kelsey's is always a fun place to go, due to its stellar food, environment and service. We have gone here for dates, sports games, birthday parties, and even with family. If reading this review and thinking between this location, and other ones, CHOOSE THIS ONE. Ive never had a bad experience here and will continue coming here in the future.

Service is slow. Understaffed. No management in sight.
Food also comes out slow. Food quality is mediocre for the price. Good luck getting a refill on your drinks. The cheque also took 20min.

Overall the food, service, location and atmosphere is good, only issue was that we were there during happy hours and part order they included and part not, now that’s poor service and we paid as I did not check the bill after the beers

A terrible experience! We stood at the entrance for over 10 minutes after entering, with no one acknowledging us. Although the restaurant only had a few tables occupied and the staff clearly saw us, no one came over—not even to gesture toward the tables or ask us to seat ourselves! After finally sitting down, we waited an extremely long time before anyone came to take our order. The waitstaff preferred to clean tables where customers had just left rather than attend to us! Even after ordering, it took forever for them to inform us that the main dishes we wanted were sold out! We spent over 30 minutes in the restaurant without getting anything to eat or even a glass of water. We left feeling extremely upset. A truly awful experience with horrible service—we will never return to this place again!
