However, at least five individuals who placed their orders after me received their items prior to mine. I only obtained my order after escalating the issue to the manager. My order was placed at 12:15 and received at 1:00, significantly exceeding the promised time of 12:37, even though the queue was only moderately busy.

Had a very good experience at KFC. The store was clean, neat, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were doing a great job. I was assisted by Himani, who was very professional and polite. She made sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were happy.
