Online order placed at 4:50pm (popcorn chicken and fries) still waiting at 5:32 pm - because they can’t prioritize. This is the worst service I have received at any restaurant bottom line. Prioritize online orders - the customer has already paid. I hope your restaurant fails and you have to close - you can’t be this inept and still be allowed to operate

Always seems to be an issue when wanting to order Spicy Chicken, no matter what time of day. The workers always try to start of by saying they’re out or they don’t have any for the rest of the day until confronted on why it’s still being advertised and how it’s over at almost 5-6Pm. Then they talk to each other and tell me it’s going to be 20 minutes. Clearly showing that it’s just a burden for them to do their jobs & on top of that have the audacity to ask for a good review. This has now happened 5 times & the last time had happened to few customers after me

I recently visited this kfc and I had a great experience because I got fresh chicken and popcorn. I specifically want to mention that Nitika the customer representative is so sweet with the customers which made my first time experience at kfc even better!😊❤️
