We waited over 20 mins for a few chicken burgers. Cashier was super rude yelling at customers. She took orders and failed to call out order numbers and instead opted to yell out what the food was order. Eventually got frustrated and stop taking orders and simply left the front cash area. Simply put very disorganized

Received food tonight that I wouldn’t feed my dog. The chicken and the fries were overcooked, dry and extremely chewy. We called the restaurant minutes after leaving as we had tried the food in the car and found it absolutely disgusting. The person who answered the phone told us there was nothing that could be done to rectify the problem. So in other words, too bad we will not refund your money or replace the order. Last time we will be going to KFC.
I really don't know why I bother ordering from this location. They never have chicken ready at my pickup time. Placing an order online gives a specific time for when your food is ready. The actual time at this location is always 20-30 min after the pickup time specified in the order confirmation. Which means im going to the store at the pickup time and then standing in the store waiting for my food to be prepared. Everytime. Hopefully Ive leared my lesson this time and never choose this location anymore.

Waited 25 minutes, but the food was not fresh at all unfortunately Food still tasted pretty good even though it was not warm at all I'd give the food a 2.5/5 And the service unfortunately they were not efficient at all, the entire experience was approx 35 minutes, and food came out 25 minutes after ordering which is way too long for a spot that does not even have a drive thru. Unfortunately I'd give the service a 1.5/5
Also one of the older brown ladies who worked there was strangely outwardly prejudiced and was 10x more happy and smiley with the white patrons over any of the brown patrons. Strange, however it did not take away from my food experience, it was just a little off putting.
