It was a tough evening at this KFC. Not sure if every KFC is like this on a Tuesday night, but we waited 50 mins for 8 pieces of chicken (2 meals). Not fun when you have a young hungry child. We've been to this location on other nights and they seem to run out of chicken during dinner time, but other times have been ok. Maybe don't go on a Tuesday, or when they have coupons.

the Dark meat chicken is Juicy ! The best chicken I have tasted in Mississauga. I recommend the Dark meat ( Thigh or Leg). I ordered the spicy special 5.49 (limited time) and for 5.49 you get two Spicy Dark meat Chicken...but they were out of Spicy that day so I said Regular Dark meat Ok and it was even better than the Spicy. I went back second time and also very good. I forgot to say for 5.49 you got two pieces of Dark Meat ( supposed to be Spicy), plus one popcorn chicken ( free) plus one sauce. Either the Honey Mustard sauce or Plum sauce is good but I dont want to tell people or they will run out. I want to give this place Five Stars but the third time I went, they did accidently give me one White meat. The White meat ( maybe breast) was a little dry but every chicken place has hard time cooking white meat, anyhow the second Dark Meat piece was very juicy. I do recommend the Regular ( Original) or ( NonSpicy) Dark meat pieces ( is best) but the spicy is good too. Dont listen to that one negative review being greasy because greasy is what makes it so Juicy. The best chicken in Mississauga. I will change my Four stars to Five Stars if I get the Dark meat again next time (dont give me white meat....haha)

I have no problem with the store or the staff; they are professional and good. However, I wonder why KFC makes their chicken so oily. I've had KFC in India, Turkey, and Germany, and it's never been this greasy. You guys need to work on that.

Horrible location! I have placed an order for delivery. When my food was late by 15 minutes I called them to inquire, the lady said the food will arrive shortly, after 45 minutes past there was still no food! I have tried calling again numerous times and the phone was busy all the time, I guess they just didn't want to answer! I have called the head office and put a complain in. My daughter drove to the location to find out what happened, and she was told that they don't have a driver!! Customer service is zero at that place, she could have told me that when I called the first time! Horrible place and customer service, don't order from here!

Ordered with Skip the Dishes delivery. No issues at all with courier. My Big Crunch sandwich clearly stated in KFC's Special Instructions box- NO MAYONAISE AT ALL PLEASE.What's the point of having a box for special order instructions if no-one reads it. A lot of mayo on both sides of bun. Dinner eent into the garbage can. Thanks for nothing KFC.

The best experience I've ever had visiting a Popeyes ever! My boyfriend and I walked in a few mins before they closed, and the manager was able to get us an order with a smile on her face. Thank you Shavpreet (manger). You are one beautiful woman and very professional!

Horrible location! I have placed an order for delivery.
