Worst customer service. Atleast hire some people who know how to greet customers at the drive thru window.Thoroughly disappointed.

This is the absolute worst location. I placed my order at 8:10 PM and the ETA was 9:40 PM (which is already a long time to wait). When I did not receive my order at this time, I called the store and was told a driver had not come yet to pick up the order. After calling again I was told it was picked up and I waited but the order never came. Either the driver did not deliver it, delivered it to an incorrect address or it was never picked up. I waited hours for food that never arrived. I ordered from this location once before and had the same problem when it came to the wait time for food. I was able to get a refund thankfully, but this was still terrible service. Then when KFC asks you to complete a survey, they send you a free popcorn chicken coupon that expires in a week. Absolutely ridiculous!!

It took us 10 mins to order our food because the cashier 1. Couldn’t understand us 2. Didn’t know anything about the menu. People behind us started leaving because it took so long. To say I was getting frustrated was an understatement.

Im here it I was refused order on drive threw, because they said they closed early today .. lady on drive tree did not give me a managers name. Yet clearly store had full of people having a feast with trays.. not impressed at all..I’m still waiting for an answer as to why refusing serving costumer .. lost a client and would not recommend this store at all..

I ordered my dinner on the KFC APP for delivery from 7161 Goreway Dr. Miss. @7:40pm. At 9:20pm I called the store to see what’s going on as it’s been 1 hr 40min. The food never came. The employee was extremely rude & told me “you can come to the store and pick it up”. I told her if I wanted to do that I would have not waited. I preferred it for delivery as I have no vehicle & it’s very very freezing to walk to the store. She disconnected my call. I called back many many many times … no answerI HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE FOR US CUSTOMERSI honestly WILL NEVER GO TO KFC AGAIN.My daughter went to bed eating toast as we were relying on the delivery.

Went for some chicken and honestly it was like they forgot the 11 herbs and spices. No flavour. Not even salt. All of the other food items were ok. One piece of chicken was almost black. Lost my appetite. I'm not sure what's happening here, but management needs to start looking into things at this restaurant.
