He went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and delivered with speed and accuracy. What truly impressed me was his calm and professional attitude even during a busy time. It's rare to come across such dedicated and customer-focused staff. Waseem is truly an asset to KFC, and because of him, I'll definitely be returning. Keep up the amazing work!

The store was supposed to close at 9pm and they stopped taking orders at 8 20pm. Doesnt make sense. Are we idiots then? Very bad. I have seen reviews of food being terrible. Ig i was lucky to not get the food from here

I was denied tap water for my daughter Staff claimed there was “no running water” and that they only had soda water. Clearly they were lying after spending nearly 50 dollars there you would think WATER would be given as it is illegal to refuse. And if thats true that there’s no running water which I highly doubt, how is staff washing their hands and ensuring a clean and safe environment ?? Staff was extremely rude.

Bought 3-pc chicken with fries and gravy. Chicken was old and black. I didn't accept it, gave everything back. Got no chicken no fries and no gravy and best of all no money back. KFC # 147-001-102-NAVCREET They didn't want to give me my receipt. THIS IS HORRIFYING!

Me and my husband ordered burgers last night and it didn’t taste right, after unwrapping it we checked and the bread had gone bad as it tasted bitter and the chicken patty was too dry to eat. We both were extremely disappointed and had to throw it out.
