Today I went to KFC at my experience was horrible. So I asked the girl to get me 6pc chicken n large fries on which she said ok n I asked her I want fresh but she insisted to take old pieces two times n I clearly asked fr fresh pieces on which she became rude n said it will take 30mins so I told her it’s okay I will wait. After 35minutes I went back n showed her receipt n she handed me packed food in bag so picked it n came home. My home is almost 10km from that kfc n after reachin home when I opened the box I was shocked as she gave me all wings pieces n one was missing. I drove all the way so could not go back, my kids were hungry as we were coming home after school n work and the food was totally wrong. Small wing pieces was not my order, it was 6pc chicken so it should b mixed pieces n the wings wont be sufficient fr my kids. How could she even do that? I have enclosed the picture. I m so annoyed right now as I live n condo n can’t go back after the whole day we want correct order??? The staff at this KFC especially the little girl who took my order was unprofessional she was talking to a guy working inside in Hindi, no body was wearing gloves n hair net. N than this happened. I have given google review as well. I will not go there again because of this unprofessional behaviour n wrong order. My money time n energy is all wasted.

I just ordered a two piece meal with a side portion of onion rings. The onion rings were so salty I only had one. Two piece meal is two halves of a thigh and fries. This cost me 18.00. What's going on here. I am still hungry. I will never give them my business. They should should just shut down business.
