It was not cooked in kfc usual way. It was undercooled and not crisp at all.

Terrible counter service, waited half hour at the counter before someone decided to take orders. Cars in the drive through were getting their order before. At least communicate to customers that your delayed instead of looking at the growing line in the dine in area and doing nothing. By the time they took my order, the cashier got the order wrong and rolled their eyes at me when I corrected them.
I would complain via the survey but they decided not to give receipts.

Not a friendly experience and THEY CHARGE EXCESSIVELY FOR SAUCE. Just travel down the street to the erin mills location - they don't charge. If they cheap out on sauce, they cheap out on other things. Never again. Go to a different KFC.

Went to the other KFC just up the street first and they were horrible in customer service and did not want to give the deals that KFC was offering. Couldn't believe it! Immediately left and went here and this place was awesome.

Possibly the best KFC in the area. Food is always made fresh and their chicken is always cooked well done...... Other locations always under cook chicken with soggy skin.
The food was amazing! The service was beyond excellent! They gave us a gift of free tenders!!! They gave out delicious warm food and were amazing!

I ordered delivery. Not only did it not get delivered to my home, but when they found out WHERE it was delivered (not even in the same condominium) they told me I should just GO AND PICK IT UP? I cannot fathom thr audacity of telling me to "Just pick it up". Then they told me to call support, and them support told me to call them back, and then I had to ping-pong between the two. I have worked in food service for years and I have never once had any sort of experience where a manager has told a customer who's order was delivered to a random house down the road to just PICK IT UP THEMSELVES

I ordered our food at 11:00AM to make sure the food is already here before 12:00PM. It's already 12:30PM and I still haven't received our food. I tried calling the store to follow up and the Indian lady keeps on hanging up and now the phone# cannot be reached anymore. Do not go to this place. Not recommended. Poor customer service!!
