KFC have been advertising heavy about the new Chilli Chicken menu. I tried it today but let me be honest it's not what it's advertised. Chicken strips and pieces are small, Burgers are mid. Staff having difficulty taking and keying the orders. All and all a very mid experience.

I visited kfc in square one today. I had a very bad experience. The girl who was taking order she was very rude. She wasted my 15 minutes and then she told me item is not available and when i ask her why she didnot answer me and show me attitude. Disgusting customer service.

Yesterday , i went to KFC at squareone for chicken bucket. And what i got was soooooooo bad experience. It was like many days old chicken they are serving to the their customers. Totally wasting of money. It was soo smelly , unfresh, and stinky. There was no crispyness. The smell was soooo bad. Totally wasting of money and time. I got very disappointed and will never buy it again from them.
