So I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and stopped eating at this KFC a very long time ago. The reason being that the chicken was always soggy and greasy. Like their fryer was not up to temp. Gave them another shot tonight and sadly, the same thing. The chicken was just disgusting. It was very soggy with the skin just sliding off of it in a wet mess. I got 2 pieces from the bucket and used 4 pieces of paper towel just to get through the drumstick. The second piece was just disgusting and got thrown away. It was just a layer of undissolved fat all under the skin. Now the order came fast, the gravy was good and I enjoyed the corn. The fries were ok. But the main item in the meal, the chicken, was just horrible. I wanted to give this location another shot as I like KFC but this location is always a disappointment. Very sad to see that even after all these years, it's the same horrible chicken. Just won't go back to a chicken place that makes chicken that's almost inedible.

on nov 24th in the evening I went to tap to pay. Got a little confused for a second because it requested me to first press a button to confirm the payment but in that split second of confusion the cashier working at that time confirmed the payment for me and gave themself a tip, all pretty fast like they've done it before.
Im not confrontational, I wanted my food and to just go home but it was honestly so scummy, I'm not buying from this kfc again in fact I'll probably just go to the near by Popeyes instead for now on

Ordered for pick up 15 mins before arriving to the location it took us 10 mins to drive expecting that the order would be ready but no it isn't ready yet and had to wait for more then 5 mins. And this isn't the first time it happened.

“This store is misleading customers and providing terrible service. Instead of serving a proper small popcorn chicken as advertised, they hand out only 5–8 pieces which is individual popcorn. When I questioned this, staff dismissed it by saying, ‘this is what we give.’ This practice is deceptive, unfair to customers, and reflects very poorly on your management. Immediate action is needed to address this.”
Also, please train the staff to obey what is listed at least on your own bill..

She had a genuine smile, made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately, and even went the extra mile to ensure everything was fresh and just the way I like it. The food was hot, crispy, and full of flavor—exactly what KFC is known for—but her exceptional service made the experience stand out even more. In a fast-food setting, it’s rare to find someone who treats each customer like a valued guest, and Geetanjali absolutely did that.
