Witnessed an encounter with a customer. The lady at the back used her bare hands to scoop an order of fries and when asked for a new batch that was sanitary, the lady stormed outside and insisted the customer try the fries. I couldn’t fathom placing an order after that!

KFC Canada corporate office has not returned my call or emails, as the receptionist claimed they would. ?
October 2024 I received 6 emails offering a complementary bucket of KFCs new Tenders. I ordered through the APP and exceeded the amount required for the free bucket. The app wouldn't load the offer, both Manager and Asst Manager couldn't or would not provide the offer - even though the store currently had TWO window sized posters showing the Free Bucket offer. Twenty minutes of two people fumbling with my phone App , neither had the wherewithal to simply pack the tenders in my bag and fix the issue later.... nope. They said I should call tomorrow... I said who ? The manager says "KFC... call them tomorrow" I reply, but I'm physically standing inside a KFC right now. Can a manager not assit me now ? Clerk: "no. But call tomorrow" . -Food quality - subpar and small portions -Fries Cold. -Chicken, small and cold. -Popcorn chicken, greasy & nasty. -service - not empowered. Poor
Attempted SIX (6) times to contact KFC. That's four (4) more times than I've attempted to rectify an issue with any fast food business.
Why am I so let down by this international brand, KFC ? It's the goodwill earned over the decades. I grew up in the Maritimes of Canada. Kentucky Fried Chicken was a staple item for our family gatherings. KFC was included at Picnics and always came along for my siblings long weekend soccer tournaments. Even with Mary Brown's readily available in Halifax, our family always returned to KFC ?
Alas KFC has become a no-go
Between the bad food, shocking poor service my last two visits and management failing to even acknowledge my inquiry... it's evident KFC is in a tailspin downward.

I went there for dinner it took them 30 minutes to make 2 burgers and four piece chicken meal. There were only 2 persons working at dinner time. One at the counter and one at the kitchen. It doesnt look like you are in a fast food chain restaurant where you order serves within 5-10 minutes.

I would give this place a five star BUT the advertise hot and spicy chicken but never have it available. I mean they have it in stock but never any made and whe you request for them to make it for you and have no problem waiting the say they aren't making any right now.
If a customer requests it, you have it and the customer is willing to wait why are they being told no!!! It's just disappointing that things are being advertised and are available but the paying customer isn't being accommodated.

It’s mah… not the best or the worst everything was on the pricey end. I tried some halal chicken popcorn and fries snack sized but they did add lots a fries for small fries which was great…… but I am looking forward to trying their chicken sandwich on another time

It was terrible. We didn’t even get our food and we paid 20$ for a deal that came with free bucket but they said it wasn’t in our online order and after confronting them both the manager and employee started ignoring us like we weren’t there and then they responded with we’ll get our refund after 2 days so now we have to wait 2 days for a refund that wasn’t our fault

Horrible experience never come here please. They scam people for a living. We payed 20 dollars and were expecting a bucket. These scammers didn’t give it to us and said we didn’t pick in option online. Then when we asked for a refund they denied and said we can get it in two days. Take my advice and never come here.
