Hi, unfortunately, the service was very slow. The employee who works as a cashier prepares orders for customers, making them wait for her to finish preparing another customer's order before she can take the next customer's order. This delays customers from placing their orders. We waited for more than half an hour to receive our order, and unfortunately, we were sitting in the dining area. When she was preparing our order, she told us she didn't have any chicken wings. The employee knew we were sitting in the dining area, but three times we asked for service, the chicken pieces were all oily, which gave us stomach aches. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, and it will be the last time we eat at KFC.
