When I questioned this, staff dismissed it by saying, ‘this is what we give.’ This practice is deceptive, unfair to customers, and reflects very poorly on your management. Immediate action is needed to address this.”
Also, please train the staff to obey what is listed at least on your own bill..

I just got the daily special two sliders they all had mouldy bread
Waited 15min for a single chicken wrap, and it was still wrong made with normal not spicy chicken. No offer of compensation, nothing. It's the deal of the day, why are they not ready at lunch time!
