Very disappointing experience. I ordered fried chicken, but when I opened the box, the chicken was clearly undercooked/raw on the inside. This is a serious health concern and completely unacceptable. The texture and taste were very bad, and I had to throw the food away. I hope management takes food safety and cooking quality more seriously, because this should never happen.

I placed an order through the app for delivery. I ordered one Zinger Sandwich Box $17.49 , 4 Piece Original Recipe Box $18.99, 2 Original Recipe Sliders $6.00, Large Popcorn Chicken Poutine $9.99 and then it had the free 6 piece chicken when you order through the app. Each meal Was supposed to come with a side of fries and a side of popcorn chicken and a drink. We only received one side of fries and one side of popcorn chicken, only one slider, only one drink, instead of the popcorn chick poutine we got regular poutine. No plum sauces. Tried calling KFC 800 number they transferred me to the order location, call was disconnected. I called back the location number several times the line was busy constantly. I mean I paid over $70.00 for this and there is incorrect food and missing items. Just make sure if you order you double check because it’s really had to reach anyone to get the issue corrected.
