I waited over 25 mins for food and the staff wasn't even preparing food, they were unboxing a cake and all taking pictures of the cake?? Which I assume is for an employee? But there was a line up of at least 3 people waiting while they attended to their own personal matters

I used to love going here but on Monday at 5:20 pm I ordered a Big Crunch Box Meal and my chicken was raw. And when I’m saying raw I literally mean cold and not cooked. When I bit into my burger the meat felt cold and slimy and I see my chicken was raw!! Disgusting kfc!! When I showed them the burger I expected a refund they took the burger back from me and replaced it with another burger. I didn’t even get to take any pictures of the burger because they took it back from me so fast! I can’t eat kfc after from that incident. I ended up throwing out the whole meal and the new burger they gave me. I’m not mad but I’m upset I was really hungry and it was my last 20$ I spent on. What a waste… Would not recommended this place people. Go anywhere else but here.

This KFC will be my fav one. The team who did closing on March 15, 2024. We went in twice to get food the same evening because of the person who took orders has an amazing customer service skills and a great smile. Even it was the end of his shift, he still had a warm smile. The person who packed our order was also happy in serving us.Thank you team! You both are the best..

Ordered for delivery. Spent $94.00 and never got my food. Went to the restaurant because they were not answering their phone ( they took the phone off the hook because they said they were busy even though when I got there there was only 3 people waiting.) They told me my order had been canceled by Uber even though I did not order through Uber. Asked for my money back and they gave me a refund and told me my money would be in my account by the end of day. Two days later still no money. After waiting 2 hours for my food no compensation was offered. They lied to me about everything. Worst experience ever. Will never go back there again

Too many problems just trying to place the order, can never call the location and get an answer. Ordered $80 worth of food and didn't get delivered. Couldn't even call them to get an answer. Calling the 1800 number is useless too cause they keep redirecting me to the store and their store doesn't accept calls. Waste of time.

The wait time at this location is ridiculous! I’ve always have to wait 10 minutes minimum and at most 20-30 minutes for my meals. I’ve even preordered meals, and still have the same issue.
