This was not a good experience for us at this location. We ordered chicken sandwiches and they were dry and seemed like been cooked and sitting under the heat for a while. Staff was shouting at each other loudly. The place was clean though and other issue was out of two washrooms non was working and they had signed place on them as you can see in the picture. I have heard that workers do this so they don't have to clean them but I don't know if that was the case here. I think they shouldn't open the dining area if their washrooms are out of order. There is a drive through and enough parking.

Worst KFC in the GTA. I have not eaten here in 2 years and on February 25,2024 I decided to treat my kids so I went in to buy a bucket of the good old chicken. While waiting, i noticed 4 or 5 individuals both men and women walked off the street and into the kitchen area without sanitizing their hands. They shook hands with the cashier and the cook, the cashier washed his hands but the cook did not. This exercise was again repeated as they left the kitchen. With the measles virus in the GTA this is no time for this type of unsanitary behavior. I had to leave all containers in my garage and removed the chicken pieces with a thong, the fries I left in the garbage and sanitized everything included my car.I promise KFC that I would never, ever eat here again if my life depended on it.I can only imagine what the kitchen is like...

We stopped going to Mary Brown's several years ago because they no longer had potato salad. Now we found out KFC no longer has potato salad as of last week so we will go back to Mary Brown's where the chicken is much better.

Went through drive through to order 2 festive box meals, paid andbthen was told it would be a 10 minute wait please park and come back in 10. Fine, went back in 10 they said ok drive up to the window to get the boxes. Waited and waited only for the lady to look through the window holding up 2 fingers to indicate 2 more minutes. By the time I got my meal, it had been 20 minutes since I paid. No sorry, no refund nothing. Just handed me the bag and shut the window. Got home and the fries are way too salty and overseasoned. Can't even eat them. Not impressed by the lack of customer service.
