Had a quick stop at KFC and it was pretty good. The chicken was hot, crispy, and tasty, and the service was fast. Place was clean and busy, but overall a nice experience. Would visit again!

Worst service EVER! I placed order at uber eats for pick up. When uber said it’s almost ready, I walked to the location, but they still let me wait for more than half hour after I arrived. No idea how they treat each online order??? Won’t start make it until the customer arrived and let them wait for hours??

Drove home to eat with my family, no one could eat it, Chicken was pink, undercooked, with a slimy mushy texture. children refused to eat it, adults tried and were unsatisfied. Drove back to this location and explained, they said I should have came back right away…? I live 10 mins away and came back to restaurant within 30 mins, they refused to listen or do anything about it. I left the the food on the counter because It was no good to me. This location ruined it for kfc all together, I will NEVER eat here or another kfc again. December 16, 2025 @ 6:30 pm. Do you your selves a favour, if you want fried chicken go to Mary Browns or Popeyes to save yourselves the trouble and disappointment, and prevent possibly getting sick.

Visited KFC,Mississauga for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The environment is nice and welcoming, perfect for families. The staff were excellent — very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by their wide selection of palatable food items on the menu. Overall, a great spot for delicious food, excellent service, and a fun family outing.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but honestly this location has been on a down hill, they do have some good employees but they definitely have a few that are rude and seem unhappy to be there.
The food isn’t great, it’s not consistent. Some visits it’s ok, others it’s not. Luckily a new location opened nearby so I don’t have to resort to going to this if the family wants a bucket
