I had ordered a delievery take out of popcorn chicken combo, I just received the fries i had then called the restaurant and they’re trying to gaslight me saying that there was no order put through and then another lady gets on the phone and just says oh you can come in person to get it but im like the whole point of delivery was so I didn’t have to come in person. And then she starts yelling at me and hangs up, so I never got her name, but I hope management takes this seriously and teaches her about customer service.

these people are so slow. how is it tuesday and you know it’s going to me busy with loads of people and yet for all it’s taking you guys 20 minutes in drive thru…? when did that ever make sense. this is FAST food. you should have enough chicken dropped for a dinner rush. hire more team members if necessary. on top of that how is it that even inside is just as busy if not worse. get it together. DO NOT COME HERE.

This location at 2225 erin mills in Mississauga is absolutely freezing cold to dine in. The owner doesn’t turn the heat on to a comfortable temperature. It has been like this all the time when I walk in.

If I have to wait after half an hour of online ordering, then why do you have this option? make it only walk in!
I’ve been visiting this KFC store for the past 6 months and have consistently enjoyed their excellent customer service and food quality. The team is always prompt in taking orders and ensures quick service.
A special shoutout to Amrutha at the drive-thru, who has taken my order several times. Despite the peak hours, she always greets customers with a cheerful smile, stays patient, and ensures a great experience. Her dedication truly stands out!
I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and delicious food.

I gotta say I start to hate going to this place because of how bad their service lately . When they give you the food, it's like they throwing it at your face . All the food smashed up inside . This is why people start to not liking these foreign workers, no work ethics nor customer service skill. Can't even wrap the food properly... if it's not because of my children, I would never spend a penny at a place like this.
