Sooooooo welcoming and friendly staffs with clean environment and fast-response service, LOVELY!! Most of their buns are great flavors. Personally I like their Tuna Bun and Sugar Bun **^O^** Also Curry Beef and Chicken Bun. No matter salty or sweet, all of them are soft and fresh :D I'll definitely let my friends try more flavors. Like their coconut dome bun as well.

Love their location downtown. Found this one closer to work and I’m here almost everyday now! Always a bun special and my Hong Kong style milk tea! Even got a colleague obsessed with it!

I always come here to buy their pastries but this time I came to try their milk tea and it tasted like water that was warm . I asked them to do it again and she literally added sugar syrup to it instead of making it again. Very disappointed

All the buns were delicious and big. Much better than T&T. The price was 6 for 12$. Could have used a bigger seating area. Place was clean.
Got lunch here again and was not disappointed they have quite a selection of sweet or savoury buns to try and the price is very affordable for such a great product. A definite must try if you’re hungry and in the area. #2Gstyles

I was shopping at the outlet that day and saw this store. It seemed like 6 buns for 12 yuan? It tastes good. The ladies on staff are all beautiful and have very nice attitudes and are very gentle. I didn’t buy the cinnamon buns and almond sticks. I’ll buy them next time I go there.

Picked up a chicken bun, coconut pineapple bun and a garlic cheese bun along with the winter special hot chocolate.
None of the buns tasted fresh. They weren’t soft as they should have been. The chicken bun had minced chicken in it and did not taste good at all. Felt like eating something else. The amount of the chicken seemed to be quite less in proportion to the size of the bun.
The coconut pineapple bun was too sweet and it hardly had the grated coconut but some syrup used instead.
The garlic cheese bun was no different. It had very less amounts of garlic and cheese and felt as if it was more of a plain bun.
The hot chocolate was okay but hot as I requested.
The quality of buns is not that great as they seem to look like. Very disappointing!
Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian options like the fruit flavoured sweet buns and cookies.
Parking: Parking is available outside the shopping mall.
As someone who works in the mall, I was disappointed with my recent ordered from kin kin. I ordered a mango drink, but when I received it, the drink was dark yellow and didn’t look or taste right. I had to ask, “What is this?” before the staff explained that the mangoes were discolored and not fresh.
I asked for a watermelon drink instead, and while they made me a new one, I was surprised they didn’t offer a complimentary replacement, given the issue was due to their ingredients. Working nearby, I had hoped for better customer service, especially since I’m likely to return as a regular.
I hope they take more care with ingredient quality and customer satisfaction moving forward.
