I strongly recommend avoiding the drive-through at the Heartland location. On my last visit, the staff handed out what appeared to be leftover or previously handled donuts, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food-safety standpoint.
If you must visit this location, go inside the store and choose your items yourself. The quality difference is noticeable, and you can at least see what you’re being given.
This needs to be addressed immediately, customers deserve fresh, safe food, not whatever is left over behind the counter.

Closed early, employees were still Inside but the doors were locked.
Hands down the best donuts I’ve had so far. The moment you open the door, the amazing smell pulls you right in. A dozen for $16 is fantastic value, and every donut is droolworthy, from the classic glazed to gourmet flavors like Oreo and Cookies and Crème. Also you can see them preparing the donut inside. This place has unlimited free parking. Always a treat and absolutely worth it. 🍩
