Kung Fu Tea on Ceremonial (Mississauga)

Ordered the rose milk tea with less ice and the drink was completely watered down.

Visited on May 17 2025 to the shop on ceremonial road and ordered black warrior and it was of low quality. Looks the guy added just milk and boba and gave it. It was not worth the money. No taste and regret ordering it

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and used to give this place 5 stars. I even travel all the way from Milton just to get my drink here because it used to be made perfectly every single time.

Recently though, things have really changed. The staff no longer seem as friendly, and the quality of the drinks has become very inconsistent. Sometimes they taste extremely watery, and other times the flavor is completely off—as if the water being used isn’t clean or has a strange smell.

I even brought this up to the manager once, and to be fair, he did remake my drink properly that day. But sadly, the very next time I came back, the same issue happened again—the drink was made terribly.

It’s disappointing because I genuinely loved this location, but at this point, it’s not worth the long drive if the experience keeps going downhill.

Good bubble. Kung Fu is always great. Clean place you can work or just have bubble tea with your friend

I cannot believe what happened. I ordered bubble tea, I went home and drank on my bed. One sip, I tasted something sharp which was not bubble and I just spilled everything out instantly because it was just extremely unusual. I thought it was fracture of uncooked bubble and I discovered it was this bug in the drink, OMG. I’m going to have PTSD of bubble tea. I don’t trust this store and this brand OMG

The design is very amazing and is very clean and the service is very good!

Usually have a good experience at the ceremonial location but today Dec 4 was horrible this lady kept messing up on my drinks had to wait over 15 mins for 2 drinks when the store is completely empty is crazy and they are always out of coffee jelly and the tea looks more watered down then usual. As well I specifically asked for no sugar for both drinks yet they messed up 3-6 times for each drink and are end still had sugar in both drinks at this point I shouldn’t be paying for any of them

Just ordered a rose milk tea with basil seeds and there was no basil seeds in my drink and the drink tasted water down overall. Disappointing after spending $8+ on a regular sized drink.

Really cool modern interior, the drinks were worth the price.

Waffle was soggy and floppy. Got order wrong. Lot of non customers just hanging out there loudly. Expected to have ice cream on my drink as per the advertisement but there wasn’t, drink was still good though

One girl was nice the other was completely rude. Made drink and I was right infront of her instead of passing it she left it on the counter and walked away. Nice place with nice drinks, management shouldn’t ruin it by hiring rude people.

First time visiting this location. Disappointing after walking in at 7pm and being told the “last of the waffle” mix was being used for the group in front of us and nothing would be left for us. Despite closing in 3 hours at 10 pm. You can’t make more? I drove to this location with my kids for the waffles.I’ll stick to the location on Annagem next time

I used to have issues with the previous cashiers but today I went in the lady was very kind and inviting and was gesturing that the wifi is at the front if I needed it. Love it.
