First time visiting this location. Disappointing after walking in at 7pm and being told the “last of the waffle” mix was being used for the group in front of us and nothing would be left for us. Despite closing in 3 hours at 10 pm. You can’t make more? I drove to this location with my kids for the waffles.I’ll stick to the location on Annagem next time

I used to have issues with the previous cashiers but today I went in the lady was very kind and inviting and was gesturing that the wifi is at the front if I needed it. Love it.

We frequent this location of Kung Fu Tea because it is easy to park at and run in. They consistently make a great product and they are pretty quick. Ordering ahead is always best so there isn’t a wait because this is a popular location and it can get busy. There are a few tables if you want to relax with a friend, but typically most people run in and out. Tried the Pineapple Ice Tea with coconut jelly for the first time, it was perfect with full ice and full sweetness!Kid-friendliness: The photo menus make it much easier to order for the little ones. It’s always kept up to date.

Love their bubble tea selection! Everything is made fresh there... I also tried their chocolate waffles and they were delicious. Great snack to have on a cold rainy day. The staffs are very friendly and kind as well.

I recently visited a delightful bubble tea store and was thoroughly impressed. The variety of flavors offered was extensive, each drink crafted with precision. The tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy, adding a satisfying texture to the refreshing beverages. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance made it a wonderful spot for a relaxing drink. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious bubble tea creations! Siuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!

I had ordered milk tea. The service is worst, the girl added most of the cup with ice.In other locations i never had this problem. Customer service is not good. They need to change the staff as it affects the quality.

The owners are happy to proclaim open hours until 10:00, but they're not ready to serve customers after 9:00PM.Get ready to have your orders cancelled, wow, it's so hard to schedule your workers to actually have enough time to serve your customers.A shame, I loved the tea here, i won't be returning.

Alr, this was hands down the best boba I've drank. I ordered Chocolate milk with brown sugar pearls and it was crazy good. They looked good too.

Ordered a bunch of drinks here for family and friends for take out. The texture of cardboard coming from the drink was really unexpected, especially if you ordered grass jelly.It seems like cardboard pieces got in the grass jelly somehow. I didn't bother to go back to get it re-made since I already arrived home and it wasn't worth going back.I don't think I'll come back here for awhile.

Great store across Kariya park visited there first time and truly enjoyed their range of beverages. Highly recommend trying their famous ice cream black warrior hot/cold and passion fruit tea. They have amazing flavors for all age group from heavy to light drink, can be cherished alone or even better with company. Since my first visit, I also found their store in Milton and they have many other across Ontario so do give a try and you won’t regret.

First time I walk in Kung fu Tea at Ceremonial Drive. I order black warrior with ice cream on top. Ice cream melt right away before give it to me, I don’t taste what I expect. Just like drink fat milk. Compare with another bubble tea place , they make ice cream better. I ordered 3 cups and wait but they gave the order for the girl come behind me first, they said oh because she order 2 cups only that why they make faster than my order, what’s the hell ?? what ever order should be first come first serve, right?? The owner should train the sellers in better services , talk around too much, fool around too much, do not pay attention to make the order, don’t show respect. The man come to order but 3 girls kidding and laugh and talk their own language about him. I don’t feel comfortable to come there
