Worst Kung Fu Tea by far. If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff has zero idea what they're doing.

I went there today with my friend the guy on the cash didn’t say hi to us. I said hello and I didn’t get any response, I thought he didn’t hear me so I decided to say it loudly and the only thing he did was looking at me. It’s actually so sad 😤. I asked him to describe me one of the drinks and then he start to talk with his own language to his work friends. He said that he never tried that drink before. It was actually horrible experience😤I’m never gonna go to this horrible place again. The store looked really dirty as well. NO CUSTOMER SERVES!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!

The atmosphere and service are great, the orders come out extremely quickly, and an iced drink right away will bring a refreshing feeling to your summer. Drinks are also good within the acceptable price range, the server is patient and I will gladly repurchase.

I ordered oreo black warrior drink, it was yummy in my tummy. the boba was very chewy and delicious. the staff was very nice and friendly. 5 stars ??

kung fu tea has very good drinks and super sweet staff. they welcome you in and serve immediately, politely too, patient when you ask questions. i had almost no wait time after i placed my order. got three drinks (2 shown) with a total of about $24 before tips. pearls are warm and fresh, the ice cream is very rich which makes the tea creamy, oreo adds a nice burst of sweetness.
overall, i'm very satisfied with the experience i had here. i would go back again and again :)

Went to get bubble tea today & the service wasn't great & the bubble tea we ordered was SO watery. I've had the same thing at another location and it's been amazing every time. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

I ordered 4 waffles today, 2 original, 1 chocolate, and 1 matcha. The girl told me it’ll take 20 mins which is understandable for 3 assorted waffles flavours, I went back in 20 mins and stood there for 10 mins, and over heard the ladies talking about how the waffles aren’t cooking in Chinese. I brushed it off thinking they wouldn’t give that to customers and make new ones and let me know at least. But no they did not. Later on I got impatient and asked them in “Chinese” if there was a problem as I heard them talking about it previously . They said it was fine without even telling me if they needed more time, so I nodded and stood there waiting. When I got my waffles they were soggy, COLD, and not even cooked fully yet! This is so disappointing! I always get the waffles from Kung fu tea because it was always the best but after this never going back again!
