The atmosphere and service are great, the orders come out extremely quickly, and an iced drink right away will bring a refreshing feeling to your summer. Drinks are also good within the acceptable price range, the server is patient and I will gladly repurchase.

kung fu tea has very good drinks and super sweet staff. they welcome you in and serve immediately, politely too, patient when you ask questions. i had almost no wait time after i placed my order. got three drinks (2 shown) with a total of about $24 before tips. pearls are warm and fresh, the ice cream is very rich which makes the tea creamy, oreo adds a nice burst of sweetness.
overall, i'm very satisfied with the experience i had here. i would go back again and...

Their drinks are okay. Neat & clean place. Good behaviour. Clean washroom. No parking. You have to park on the side of the busy road or somewhere else.
