Good service, owner gives food suggestions and even takes custom orders when it's not busy.

Their app is always not working especially when specific staffs are in specific shift. I definitely can tell those two intentionally turned off the app to avoid online orders. I always visit Kung Fu tea wherever I go, Mississauga, downtown Toronto, North York, even Milton. This is the only location where app doesn’t work so frequently at specific time. Other locations never have this issue. This isn’t even the busiest location yet they don’t have certain menu on app for some reason. I’m watching you two who work in the afternoon until 7-8pm. Do not turn off the online orders. Don’t say you don’t have a right to trun it on and off, cuz it’s bs.

Loved my brown sugar milk tea! My parents enjoyed their passion fruit tea and lemonade as well. Refreshing drinks and a great place to stop by for a treat.

Every time I visit, the drinks are consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. I especially love how customizable everything is — from sugar levels to toppings. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My go-to is the classic Milk Tea with tapioca, but I’ve tried so many of their specials and seasonal drinks, and they never disappoint. Great spot to grab a quick treat or chill with friends. Highly recommend!

Amazing service from all the staff. I come visit this location all the time and the staff are extremely helpful and the drinks have always been consistent.

Quick service but I’m highly disappointed with the 38 Milk King I’ve just got from this location. My drink is super diluted and has a bitter aftertaste. When I ordered this drink from other locations, it tasted a lot creamier and not bitter. The girl that prepared my drink also very stingy with the toppings. I ordered a large, the toppings barely reached 1/4 of the cup.

Never go to this location again!

came at 10 pm. supposed to close at 11. it was closed when i came. very disappointed

Walked to get a tea. Arrived at 940 to be told they closed when operating hours and their sign says it closes at 10pm

I would’ve given 5 star if I get my tea right… Most of the time my drinks are perfect.
But whenever the guy with soft voice makes my drink it always tastes watery for some reason. Don’t you guys use the same recipe? 🤔 why just him? Does he add water instead of tea if the cup’s not full or somethting? Just curious.
