DISAPPOINTING Would not honour my expired gift certificates. I spent $150 when my parents were sick in hopes they could one day enjoy a steak again. While I realize they are quite expired, I did spend $150 in that restaurant. I lost both of my parents to cancer. I called LaCastile when I found the certificates in my parent's belongings. LaCastile will not honour the certificates, nor did they offer a compromise. I'm disappointed beyond belief. I wanted to enjoy a steak in memory of my parents who weren't able to. I will never eat at LaCastile.

Went there for a birthday dinner and gave the receptionist information when booking and never got any acknowledgement of a birthday while we heard many others getting that treatment. When I complained about why we never got any sort of acknowledgement for a birthday the server said we needed to order a slice of cake and he never heard anything from the front desk. Dampered a birthday dinner and tbh the menu is overpriced and the steak is better at The Keg .

We came here for my boyfriends dinner. I have to say, there was an older man (white hair) wish I got his name.. he was very rude with an unpleasant attitude.. no manners. While I can appreciate the Great ambiance and Good food, the horrible wait staff tainted the experience.

Service and food is fabulous.food is prepared to your liking. Tables in alcoves make dinner intimate and lovely. Maître d'hote pleasant and helpful as was our server. Piano renditions and singing by the talented Rhonda Silver was wonderful and she played a favorite of mine. Recommend this restaurant in all areas including the ambience

What a Great Environment! From the moment you call to reserve your table and speak with Ella, you truly feel valued. From the warm welcome upon arrival, to being served, enjoying the food, and finally leaving, the whole experience feels good.
One thing I noticed is that there were no female servers—all the service was provided by male staff.
If you’re looking for good suggestions, ask for Tom! I really enjoyed his recommendation for the carrot cake—it was spot-on.
However, one thing I didn’t like was that a large male server approached us over five times to take our order, even though we told him we weren’t ready yet. His rush made the experience feel pressured, which is why my rating went from 4 stars down to 3.

Absolutely a beautiful restaurant. It literally looks like a castle inside and out seafood platter and steaks amazing the staff and the owners are an absolute delight, very professional. I would highly recommend, especially for special occasions.
