What amazing cakes this place has. I ordered 2 different kinds and both tasted so good. One of the best cakes I ever had in my life and I will be going back to try more of their other treats.

It’s a shame seeing great places go bad. I remember this place making orders with care. The gentleman rushed to serve a lava cake to go. The lava cake was served with ice cream on top (as opposed to on the side) which left the lava cake being rock cold - what’s the point of a lava cake without the lava - more like a rock cake. Secondly, I’ve never experienced cheesecake shrinkflation, but this is the closest thing to it. It’s gotten to 70% of its normal size. This place feels like a tourist trap. Not worth it :(

This location is in Streetsville. Was so bright and clean! The staff was extremely patient and kind! The kids couldn’t make up their minds and she was so generous with her time to entertain their questions! The ice cream selections are endless and they have toppings and options that’ll make your head hurt! My kids told me to write “tell them this is the best ice cream in the World!” Cheers!

I have been to this place 3 times and that's enough..Ice cream great but expensive. However the service is terrible each 3 times I have been there the girls at the counter are horrible. The blonde young girl (was there Sunday at 7 July 28th) no smile nothing. How can someone be so miserable in customer service.Each time I have gone in there she has served me. I said to myself this is the last time don't care how good the ice-cream is.

I just went to this store. I was happy to wait (for 10 minutes) while a dad and his two children ordered and were served. As the man paid, he made an additional order and encouraged the server to make it after serving me because it was something he wanted to take home (after eating at the table outside). Instead of listening, the server said he’d make it now and put it in the freezer. I left without ordering. His decision made no sense and didn’t benefit the other costumer, me or the server: I will not return.

A not too sweet and creamy ice cream mixed with Belgian chocolate, really delicious!!
Definitely on the expensive side but the selection of dips and toppings is great. Soft serve is also really good, I just wish they had chocolate soft serve as well.

Amazing service. They took time to explain everything to us and knew about what options were available for my allergy. Everything was so delicious and we will be back again.
Dietary restrictions: They had several vegan options - mango soft serve, vegan cookie dough, and vegan ice cream popsicles
Kid-friendliness: They were great with kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level with no curb at doorway. Display cases are a bit high but one of two has the options posted on the front of the case so it was visible.
