The girl working the closing shift on Canada Day was solo and did a fantastic job. Very kind and efficient even with a line out the door!! Definitely deserves recognition for this busy day.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a whole cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory through Uber Eats for $98 for my girlfriend’s birthday — and they sent me ONE SLICE. A single, sad slice for a $98 order.
I called them immediately — and guess what? They admitted it was a mistake… but flat-out refused to do anything about it. No refund. No replacement. No apology. Just a “too bad” attitude like they couldn’t care less.
This wasn’t just any order — it was meant for a midnight birthday surprise. And thanks to their incompetence, the entire moment was ruined. No cake, no time to fix it, no accountability.
Shame on you, Cheesecake Factory. You took my money, wrecked a special occasion, and didn’t even try to make it right. I’ll never order from you again — and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about it too.

Mind blowing selection of dips available! We tried with soft serve and dip on a cone, with scoops on a cone, as well as scoops and dip in a cup. All three were very good!
