ASK THE PRICES OF EVERYTHING OR THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU! Very disappointing experience here as a fellow Portuguese person. The service was horrible and I was given a lot of attitude when asking simple questions. I was charged $18 more than the price I was originally quoted. When I went back to address the issue, they refused to refund the difference or properly explain the extra charge.
I’m sharing this so others are aware and can double-check their totals before paying.

Deli section is concerning regarding hygiene/food safety. Watched as employees turn on a filthy grille fan switch on with a spatula and than use it to grill. Also seen this done with a knife which was used to cut bread. The switch is too high for most employees. Knives used to cut and trim cheese and meats are put back into storage without cleaning. Meat also placed and trimmed directly on the uncleaned stainless counter. Good enough service. Sometimes the sandwich toppings are rotten to the point that the staff actually has to dig all the way to bottom (disgusting and weird) of container to find acceptable tomatoes/ mushrooms etc.

This place was much better before. I went recently and they were out of staples people stop in for. I ordered a slice of pizza and asked for it heated. She did something to it and gave it back... ice cold and tasted like cardboard. What happened to you guys.

Such a great bakery, have been here multiple times. Delicious Portuguese bread, and highly recommend their coffee and chevapi sandwich.

I happened to be at the same mall for another store and noticed a bakery with lots of people going in, so I decided to try it. From the outside it looked like a small shop, but inside it’s actually quite spacious. They even slice ham and other deli items in front of you, almost like a supermarket counter. There’s a wide selection—cakes, bread, donuts, cupcakes, even chicken along with different kinds of bread. The cream is the firmer type you find in many bakeries.
