I usually buy bread and cheese here and I noticed the other day that there were food flies wondering around inside the inclosed pastry section and I told the cashier that you can literally see flies flying inside and she said yeah she knows but she wasn’t bothered to do anything about it so it could be something that they are okay with it. The manager should look into this matter seriously.

Order my daughter baby deciation cake from here. Full slab, strawberry shortcake. It was absolutely beautiful. When picking out the cake, the lady working there was so helpful and provided advice. When we came to be up the cake, the bakery came out to greet my husband. Was super friendly. I got so many compliments on the cake. It looked great and tasted amazing. Thr strawberries were fresh.

Service was disgustingly bad. I ordered 4 tarts, 2 each of two different types. The girl messed the order up so badly! How can you mess up an order of two pairs of tarts? But she did! I will never go back.

Oct. 8th 2024. Stopped at La Novita for a late afternoon bite for 2 people. Ordered a Veggie Sandwich and a Hot Veal Sandwich. The Veggie Sandwich, on Calabrese bread, was pathetic. The Veggie filling, which consisted of sliced onions, peppers and olives, was barely visible between the 2 slices of bread. The veal in the Veal Sandwich was dried out and I felt like I was eating warmed up Birch Bark softened, ever so slightly, by a small amount of thin, tasteless Tomato Sauce. Although there was only 1 other customer at the Cafe counter, our food took about 12 minutes to appear. Sorry, cannot recommend this business.
