I used to love coming to this spot. Their selection is wide, lunch +dessert on the go. I've had to stop supporting them due to the unpleasant customer service. The ladies behind the counter are always rude and short-tempered. It completely ruins the experience. It seems like the quality of the food has gone down as well, nothing is ever seasoned well and often times the bread and desserts are stale. I'm disappointed. There are other bakeries in the area that are worth checking out that would be more appreciative and grateful for supporting their business.

I had a pistachio roll but didnt like it at all. I aksed if i can change it to vanilla or other flavors, they said

no because i took a bite from it!! Well how can i taste it without taking a bite from it!

I discovered these terrific veal sandwiches couple of years ago when passing through this neigborhood visiting clients not in my home region. i'd stop in for lunch Once a week typically. Though my most recent visit on the weekend, sadly to my surprise, the veal portions are now significanltly smaller. In fact they sliced a piece right off the end before placing it on my soft bun. I had mostly bun. I'm saddened by this practice of shaving costs - Yet another fine establishment striving to make a living by cutting back on quality. I'm not sure I will be stopping in any more as the sandwiches are no longer the value they used to be. You ought to checkout Luca Pizza, also great Veal Sandwiches, a full half pound, (Really) at comparable cost to La Villa Bakery.

As a regular returning customer, I find myself in the position of having to leave a negative review. It appears that the establishment does not value my patronage. I was disappointed to learn that young girls were not allowed to use the deli slicer, and this service was declined to me. Similarly, older staff members cited busyness as a reason for refusal, a change from previous experiences where it was not an issue. This was after I had waited in line and made a special trip there. On top of this, there have been instances where younger employees charged me for items I did not purchase, so I advise others to be cautious and double-check their bills.

Very good experience. Happy to support these guys. We need more places like this . It gets very busy during weekends.

Fresh baked pastries and cakes absolutely delicious. They also serve hot food such as veal sandwiches, pizza, rice balls. They also have the most delicious freshly baked croissants daily. But you better get there early. Because they sell out so fast. Because they are so good, but not to worry. You are able to call and let them know you want to order. However, many for the next day and they will make sure to put some aside for you which is awesome. They have treats like cheesecake and brownies. And pies is definitely a place that you should visit. They even have freshly baked bread that you can purchase. I can't say more great things about them. It's just a lovely local business that we should definitely support.

My wife and I were in Mississauga from October 23 to May 24. We came to this bakery almost daily. The food was so delicious and you could tell it was made with love and care. The staff was always very welcoming and they became our only friends really. We are from Oklahoma and missed being home. The staff here made us feel less lonely, and that is something my wife and I are eternally grateful for. Thank you for everything
