We used to buy hot lunch from here almost every Saturday but have stopped. The food is actually tasty. Like many others here have said, don’t expect any friendly or warm customer service. We went there for years and they never bothered to make small talk, but the owner loves talking to rich old men or other business owners that come in. She’s got a frown on her face majority of the time and doesn’t treat the young employees with respect at all.

They have a wide variety of baked goods and desserts and pizza and lunch 😋 the staff here are amazing anf super friendly! The pizza is phenomenal! The bakery is good!!

Pizzas, cannoli, and danishes were great. The staff member that assisted us seemed as if she didn't want to take our order, certainly not any additional pastries we wanted to order. I also didn't see a washroom here.

I’ve only been to this bakery once and I’ll go back again. I had a hot chicken sandwich - like a chicken schnitzel in a fresh bread roll. It was tasty and the pasta salad I had with it was very fresh. They had fruit pies for sale but I didn’t see any loaves of bread - I think too late in the day for any to be left.

I used love coming to this bakery however not anymore. The Bakery items are good, however the staff are extremely rude everytime I’ve been in here. It completely ruins the experience to have staff that seem annoyed to take your order. Unfortunate.

The ladies who work here are so rude. They have 0 customer service skills. The food is basic hot table food so it’s nothing special. If I could I would rate this place a 0. This restaurant has potential, they just need to hire new friendly employees and this would be a cute spot. Don’t bother going here, you will be disappointed. You can get this type of food at any other Italian bakery place

They were closing , so they didn't want to assist me.

I said I can come back tommorrow, said noone here to bake a cake?

Don't advertise that you are a bakery that's sells cakes and not offer.

Waste of my time.

All of the staff here are rude and not welcoming or friendly at all, not even the owner is nice. Also, beware of coming here with your children, they clearly don’t like children.

The place the idea is great but needs more attention to Customer service .
All the Ladies seem very frustrated to serve and to be attentive .
I have stopped coming for over 3 weeks my friends and Family refuse to deal with the negative faces on the ladies serving .
They have to appreciate the Customers and realize that things are more expensive and We don’t mind but to eat after being serve by a very rude person it’s hard to eat .

Beautiful day, I was having a few people over for lunch and wanted to get some sweets I remembered this little Italian bakery on Lakeshore so my friends and I stopped by, I sensed the vibe was off but I couldn't put my finger on what was up, when my friend asked for a knife to cut the pastry the women rolled her eyes and we all looked at each other like what was that another women came out from the back and gave us the stare down, such rude behavior.....there are plenty of good bakeries in the area I'll be going there!

This place is bonkers! Everything I've ordered so far is great. Definitely love the French loaf and the creme donuts. Haven't sampled the hot food yet but will soon for sure.
