Decided to stop for a quick beer while I waited on some family to arrivve from another flight, so I chose to stop at the Landed Tap. Unexpectedly had a great experience, a short haired young lady served me (sorry i didnt catch her name) Her service was pretty above and beyond, she convinced me to get some food as well which wasnt bad at all. She was great with her knowledge on the food and alcohol and what food would go with what drink. Anyway, amazing service, good drinks and good food. Definitely recommend to anyone landing in Toronto and definitely getting service from this young lady. Thank You Landed Tap House!

I actually thought Christina was the owner she was so professional:) she kept a watchful eye on my luggage & covered my drink with a napkin:) I can't tell u how nice that is after a long journey...thanks Christina for making my day ?

Landed at Toronto airport and I went to sit down to wait for my ride at landed tap house and I met this young beautiful lady named “laurynn”and she was the best sadly I didn’t buy anything but she is a very very nice person and she made sure that everyone that came there was good and well taken care of and she did everything with a bright beautiful smile on her face. There’s more I can say about her but I think that y’all got the point…..

You guys don’t even deserve one star.There was a lady her name is catherin I don’t know if she lied about her name, but apparently all the reviews are about her and her attitude and how she is kicking people out even if they buy drinks from there which happened to me too. This is really worse place and customer service ever.

I had an amazing experience at the bar waiting for my girlfriend to arrive her flight was delayed and I was sitting and the bar for hours without realizing the time even passed I was so grateful because I had a wonderful conversation with the bartender and a good drink ?

Blonde woman is very rude and unkind. Seems to be the norm because every other review shares the same experience.I thought they had food, and then didn’t want to walk to the 3rd floor and came back to sit at the bar area because I have a shoulder injury and couldn’t haul my stuff back and forth again (it was empty by the way with only 3 people) and she came back rudely asking if she could help me and proceeded to be even ruder. Unpleasant and disgusting behavior
