Really sus place. Also understaffed. Can only choose 6 free toppings for a shawarma, hummus isn’t even included for some reason. The shawarma we got were poorly wrapped they were literally falling apart, and the sauces that they used were so liquidy and watery. They just dripped out of the shawarma all over us. I really don’t know how this place has 4.1 stars.

I ordered using Uber Eats. I ordered the buy-one, get-one Chicken on the rocks, but I only received one item. When I tried to call the store, the person I talked to said that they didn't receive any order under my name. If you take a look at the situation, how will they prepare the order if they didn't receive the order?

Me and my family ordered the chicken yallah bowl and it was very good and VERY filling and the staff is very kind and a lady staff member gave us a complimentary rice pudding that was also very good soo 👍😃

This time, they got the lazy part right.
I walked in at 11:10. Sat at the counter waiting for service. Nothing. Then I noticed the bell. So, I rang it. And still nothing.
Thank you for showing me what your customers' time is worth to you.
I will not be back.

To first time I came here I ordered a falafel sandwich, which was good, but it took them 25 minutes to make it. Understandable if they’re frying it fresh and they’re busy, but they should probably tell you if it’s going to take that long. Yesterday we went again, and we got 2 chicken shawarma wraps. These were the most dry shawarma I’ve ever had. The chicken was sooo dry. I asked for no spice, because I have acid reflux, but there was still hot sauce in both. Asked for extra tomatoes, and there were only 1 shaved piece of tomato. I had to throw most of it out because of the spice. My husband had to open it up to put some condiments in his because it was so dry. What a shame. The falafel was good so I’ll give it two stars, but I’ll never come back after that shawarma.

Was there today and neither of the ladies preparing food were wearing a hairnet nor gloves. This is very unsanitary and quite frankly against health regulations. Quite disappointing since the food itself is good.
