5th time I ordered HOT and there was no hot sauce in there...i ordered early morning, the food stinks, the rice was hard, the chicken was smelly hard, pathetic excuse for owners I truly hope this place goes bankrupt because there is no excuse and people can become sick. this was the last straw. Indians have destroyed everything in food industry its so sad

I am an Uber Eats driver: They are very late in preparing orders, and whenever I come to them the employee tells me to wait 6-8 minutes, while other drivers come behind me and their order is ready because they know each other and I have canceled some orders due to the delay

It absolutely saddens me to say that this used to be one of the best shawarma spots in all of the GTA and when it got renovated and changed ownership it became one of the least enjoyable places to eat at. The chicken is steamed, the rice is soggy and lacks the original flavour, and the sauces worsened.

WARNINGOrdered less than medium spice for the Wednesday special and both wraps were completely filled with hot sauce. Ended up having to throw most of it away. Worried about the effects on digestion now. How can someone possibly think “less than medium” is equivalent to that? I should have read the other review here complaining about this, and they ordered “mild” instead.Ordered from here many times in the past and it was never like this. I’m just glad this was the last time I did.Horrendous and disgusting.

Completely inedible. I ordered 2 chicken wraps through Uber Eats with mild spice and no onions. Instead I got my wraps with all the onions in the whole world and quadruple extra spice. I threw the food out in the garbage, it was completely red inside, with all the hot sauce they can possible gather, I don’t understand how anybody can actually eat something like this. Uber won’t refund me. I called this store after to at least get some sort of reimbursement maybe give these guys the benefit of the doubt that they may have mistaken my order - instead I got called a liar by some kid who sounded no older than 13 maybe 14. What kind of service even is this? I definitely should have checked google reviews as the rating in Uber Eats is very inaccurate. You guys should just give up and close down. There are many better shawarma places than this in Mississauga. I don’t recommend supporting this business.

This location is so horrible.. i never had this kind of experience at other lazeez shawarma place ever there was indian girl who was so rude and gave me the coldest chicken ever its so hard and cold i literally threw my whole food this location is honestly not well put together dont waste your money goin there

Sadly, my recent experience with Lazeez Shawarma was one that made me realize I will never be returning here ever again. I bought 2 beef on the rocks, each costing $17.99 plus tax. The food was not worth the money AT ALL. The garlic sauce was sour and I seriously doubt it was even garlic sauce. I've had shawarma and garlic sauce many times in my life and none have ever tasted sour. I could not swallow it. It was truly inedible. The rice was soggy and overcooked and I could see the mucky rice water in my box. The beef was of alien texture and was powdery. The person I was with started throwing up immediately and I realized I had to call the shop. When I first called, they denied that the garlic sauce was sour even though I told them my experience over and over. They kept saying that they were getting it from other vendors and that it wasn't their fault. I was put on hold for a while and no solution was given, so I told them I would be returning the food to the store. Eventually, on my drive over, customer service finally called me and was initially hesitant to acknowledge the faulty food. Upon deliberation, I was offered an opportunity for a replacement of my food, which I kindly declined. Instead, I asked for a refund and was told that it wasn't a part of their policy. I was quite persistent that if I was not given a refund, I would bring the food back to the store. I was finally allowed a refund, and they asked me to not bring the food back to the store as it would cause embarrassment. Yes, they refunded my food after a long time of arguing, but I truly believe they should improve the quality of their food and customer service, especially after my recent experiences with this establishment. For the price, it is not worth it whatsoever. Think twice before you buy a meal from Lazeez Shawarma.

I went there because I was new to the area. Never again. I ordered and already paid for the food. There were two employees kept on chit-chatting with each other. Then their buddies came in got served before me. I was just watching them the whole time. Finally got my food in a tiny box and left. That place is a joke. do not waste your money......you are welcome ?

Ordered hummus (supposedly with pita bread) together with other food items thru uber eats. When the food arrived, the pita bread was not in the package. We called the store to inform them about it and they said they forgot to include it and we can get it if we go to their store. Seriously?! What kind of customer service is this? We paid for uber only to be told to go their store to pick up the missing order. Why should we make up for their negligence? Ended up eating hummus with crackers. Never ordering from this store again.

The food is good, service was fast. The chicken is very fresh, and of course halal hand-slaughtered. The bread is soft and doesn't get soggy, which is a very common issue with shawarmas. Great choice for shawarma in the GTA.

It was neither lazeez nor shawarma. Not that tasy. And expensive. For 2 shawarma wraps we paid 45$. I mean I can understand being open for 24 hours and all but still expensive for shawarma.
