one of the best restaurants for quality control. They are always smiling with the fastest service and prices cant be beat. If you happen to find yourself in port credit grab a bite you wont regret it.

Last night, I ordered two chicken shawarma platters from this location and spent almost $40. Unfortunately, when I got home, I had to throw the food away. The chicken was clearly undercooked and not fresh at all. I gave it a couple of bites to be sure and tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but it was inedible. What’s worse is that this wasn’t the first time. A few months ago, I ordered around lunchtime and had the exact same experience — undercooked chicken and poor quality. That time too, we had to toss the food. I didn’t leave a review the first time because I thought maybe it was just a bad day. But now that it’s happened again, I feel it’s important to speak up. The food quality here is consistently poor, and it’s incredibly disappointing to waste money like this — especially when there are so many better options nearby. This location (right on Lakeshore) really needs to improve its food handling and quality control.

We bought meat for shawarma but it was very tough and disappointing. Honestly, we regret coming here and we won’t come back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Chicken on rocks- I can’t even get how “plain rice” cant smell this bad, like its old or mixed with something that smell so strong and disgusting and plain rice not supposed to have yellowish-brownish color 🤢 garlic suce are not even close to garlic it taste more like old mayo, chicken was having a lot of hard pices what make this experience even worse, im happy that i try it before i gave it to my kids, coz they might end up sick after this and im glad that uber eats return me money for this order coz it was definitely big mistake

I recently experienced this place and absolutely disappointed. Where should I start I don’t know. I didn’t like the portion, taste and the color of the chicken. Price is more than a lot of places. I will not come here again and definitely try the places close by next time.

If I could give it a minus score, I would. My daughter and I unfortunately went there yesterday. My daughter ordered chicken with rocks and I ordered chicken wrap. She said the rice didn't smell good and didn't taste good. I couldn't even eat the chicken wrap because the chicken was so tough and tasteless. In short, we left hungry and disappointed. Never again!
