I usually order from this place, and I love the food. But recently, I saw two new Indian girls. It was clear they never went to the kitchen for themselves, but they were there to make fatoush salad for me.
She made Fatosh fries for me. 😂

If I can rate it more I would. “To rate this chicken poutine would be a gross understatement to the profound and utter satisfaction that I have endured during this beautiful meal, this puts Hell’s Kitchen to shame. I can imagine Gordon Ramsay surrendering his pride and offering his apron to John, the blessed Lazeez artist who made this exquisite poutine.” - My homie Zein after taking a bite of my poutine and shedding genuine tears (no I’m not joking he actually cried.)

Do not wase your time getting your shawarma or your wrap, rather visit other shawarma palaces that are there in this plaza. They gave me old dried out rice in my bowl today and very bad tasting dried out chicken with overloaded sauces.
Quantity of food is too low and sauces is too high.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I had in my life at this restaurant today and It was a complete waste of my money I ordered a chicken shwarma platter with which the guy working there loaded it with soo many sauces and then when I went to tell them if they can remake it for me or refund the girl working there totally refused. Complete waste of my money and my mood. Will never visit this location again. Had to Ask them to throw out my food. Such a Bad experience.

🚨Customers Avoid At All Cost🚨

This restaurant’s lack of hygiene and quality control is alarming. I ordered chicken on rice, only to find the chicken undercooked and chewy. Within an hour, I experienced severe stomach pain and vomiting.

When I returned to request a refund, the staff, including the manager Manpreet, refused and dismissed my concerns, insisting their food was fine. Their unprofessional and dismissive behavior was deeply frustrating.

I strongly advise avoiding this location—and possibly the entire franchise. Numerous reports of food poisoning, stomach issues, and foreign objects in meals suggest serious health risks. Prioritize your well-being and steer clear.
