Today at 12 PM, I visited Lazzez Shawarma and noticed only one lady handling both in-person and online orders during a busy rush. I greatly appreciate her effort, which earned a 5-star rating for customer service; however, the lack of sufficient staffing left me disappointed, and I gave the owners 0 stars.

Yesterday, I ordered 4 large/ regular bowl of yalla chicken from the Uber eats. And after 20 minutes when we reached there . Our order was not prepared yet. That’s okay but when we got our order after few minutes. They gave us small bowls of yalla chicken when I asked she said they just have this size of bowl only. As she has to told us before when we went in-person before the order was not prepared. We waited for our order and this is what we got “small bowls”with not enough quantity in them inspite of paying the full price. Not expected.
Highly recommend to confirm them these things before ordering.
