This bakery is truly exceptional. Their breads are consistently fresh, and the wide variety of offerings makes it difficult to choose just one. I love stopping by and visiting whenever I have a free day , I look forward to trying their cakes in the near future.

'I stand by my product' - how do you make sense of this remark by the owner when the $15 banana cake I bought yesterday had mold. Is this arrogance or complete disregard of your customer's feedback or is it that $15 is more important than the reputation of your bakery? I have been visiting this bakery for last 8 years and always told my friends that this was my 'favourite bakery'. I am not sure if there was a hint of racialism in their treatment of us as 'non Italian' customers. Would they do the same to an Italian customer? Are they not worried about losing other customers other than Italians? You can see that I am shocked at how owners can completely disregard the customer feedback in this age of slow economy when the business owners need to cling on to their loyal customers? Anyways, my advice to everyone who is thinking about buying their products - either go to their shop, thoroughly check what you are buying OR don't buy because if you order a delivery and it is MOLDY they would 'stand by their product' and not even listen to your complain leave aside refunding - unless you are Italian. I am done with Lazio - please suggest another bakery please.

OMG!! The veal sandwich 🥪 is classic Italian. Fantastic and reasonably priced. The pastries to die for. The fresh bread is great for bruschetta or garlic bread. One of the few traditional Italian hot tables left. Must try.

An Italian rum cake from Lazio Bakery, ordered for my girlfriend’s 50th birthday, was hands down the best cake ever had. It was moist, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. When sliced, you could see all the beautiful layers — and every bite melted in your mouth.
The cake was a showstopper, beautifully decorated with fresh-cut flowers, and every guest couldn’t stop raving about it. Lazio Bakery truly outdid themselves. Every morsel was devoured!

I came in first in line to order and a young sales associate was helping us out when all of a sudden the other sale associate came in to give the order to the other person insisting that he ordered first. Disappointing as I mentioned I came in first and that the other customer came in after me and just left to check something. The sales associate didn’t even acknowledge that I came in first giving the item to the guy she is serving just because she said so. She didn’t even apologize - the other saleslady is the one who apologized because she knows we were there before the other customer came.
To answer the response: I placed my order first pointing to the item and the other associate asked the other customer, who was at that time at my side, what he wanted. I even said to the associate helping us that that is all because I was waiting for her to pack my items already even before the other customer ordered. The other associate grabbed the item and because the other sales associate helping us was shorter in height so she had to walk around the stall to be able to get it. You may review the camera if you wish to see who came in first. And as I said, the other sales associate apologized but she’s not the one at fault. Very rude answer as well from a customer faving business.

The buns and bread are always fresh and delicious. The only place we go for deli meats, the prices can't be beat. We haven't tried their pastries yet but they do look wonderful. The staff is super friendly and it's always busy. It's a great place.
