After checking the restaurants in gates D and E I can say that this place has the best vegan options by far. It had at least three options in the menu (vegan bowl, burger and udon soup), and they know the difference between vegan and vegetarian.
I went for the bowl and was positively surprised. It was filling, flavourful and fresh. A little expensive (23$), but everything in the airport is.
In addition the waitress was super nice.

Sure, there's only really one vegan menu item, and it's overpriced, and the pineapple chunks were wholly gratuitous, and the side order of edamame was overcooked. But who am I kidding? It was the best option I could find in terminal 1, and I left satisfied.

I was traveling to Europe and I mare a great decition to choose this place to eat. The food is absolutul delicioase, very tasty dim sums and soup. They have great special soft drinks like cucumber mint limonade. I would stronlgy recomand anyone Who can stop by and experiente any deliouse fresh items from the menu. Oh and the desert is a must to have to end your experiente. Net year will be back. Superb service! Thank you!

The salad with vermicelli noodles is terrible... It is a poorly cut cabbage salad without vermicelli noodles... What they told me is that the bed of toasted noodles in which the salad came were Vermicelli noodles, in my gastronomic experience those are Toasted noodles are usually used by restaurants to trap the fat and the menu does not indicate that they come toasted. Disgusting, they couldn't even chop the cabbage finely.

My experience at this airport restaurant was terrible from start to finish. After waiting far too long to be seated—despite multiple empty tables—the server informed me that kitchen upgrades were slowing everything down. Fine, I thought, I'll be patient. But things only got worse.
I ordered the plant-based Buddha bowl, which the menu described clearly. After an unreasonably long wait, it finally arrived cold, with an unexpected addition: rice. Nowhere in the ingredients list did it mention rice, and cold rice can be a serious health risk. Sadly, I learned that firsthand—I ended up with food poisoning, which ruined the first three days of my trip to Barcelona. I had to visit a pharmacy for medication to manage the nausea and cramps. Truly unacceptable.
The staff were very attentive! Dimitar was our waiter who was great - had great energy and really good with his service.
Food is better than most generic airport restaurants but still kinda mid.
Atmosphere is mid too. Lighting is terrible, music is old.

There's only one vegan item on the menu - a bowl - but it's really good and the other restaurants don't really have anything. Only other option is Subway.

Granted, it was extremely busy at the airport, but it was anything but a calm atmosphere while I was in this restaurant. I was happy to get the waiter. I got though because he was soft spoken compared to the less than impressed other waiters that I saw. Unfortunately, possibly because I popped out to use the toilet, it took a while for them to let me know that what I ordered was no longer available, so I switched my order to the Asian appetizer plate. See picture below. It looked OK in its presentation, but the chicken was way overcooked and very dry and the batter used on the dumplings was old as well as the batter on the gyozas. I have had many gyozas in my day but never fried in this way: dry and disappointing. I still left a decent tip because it’s not the waiter’s fault that the food was so disappointing.
