Only one option (hence 3 stars) BUT it’s really tasty. It’s a vegan bowl with rice, quinoa, tofu, veg and a PEANUT sauce. Served cold. Good size portion.
This was a truly great find when international airports are so often lacking in quality vegan offerings.
Situated near to gate E72/E73 in terminal 1.

After checking the restaurants in gates D and E I can say that this place has the best vegan options by far. It had at least three options in the menu (vegan bowl, burger and udon soup), and they know the difference between vegan and vegetarian.
I went for the bowl and was positively surprised. It was filling, flavourful and fresh. A little expensive (23$), but everything in the airport is.
In addition the waitress was super nice.

The vegan bowl is fresh, flavorful generously-sized. Service was good.
Sure, there's only really one vegan menu item, and it's overpriced, and the pineapple chunks were wholly gratuitous, and the side order of edamame was overcooked. But who am I kidding? It was the best option I could find in terminal 1, and I left satisfied.

I was traveling to Europe and I mare a great decition to choose this place to eat. The food is absolutul delicioase, very tasty dim sums and soup. They have great special soft drinks like cucumber mint limonade. I would stronlgy recomand anyone Who can stop by and experiente any deliouse fresh items from the menu. Oh and the desert is a must to have to end your experiente. Net year will be back. Superb service! Thank you!

Wonderful service! Girlie was super sweet, helpful and very welcoming. She served us with plenty of time before our flight. Breakfast was served hot and absolutely delicious! Thank you for being so accommodating to make sure we caught our flight!
The salad with vermicelli noodles is terrible... It is a poorly cut cabbage salad without vermicelli noodles... What they told me is that the bed of toasted noodles in which the salad came were Vermicelli noodles, in my gastronomic experience those are Toasted noodles are usually used by restaurants to trap the fat and the menu does not indicate that they come toasted. Disgusting, they couldn't even chop the cabbage finely.

My experience at this airport restaurant was terrible from start to finish. After waiting far too long to be seated—despite multiple empty tables—the server informed me that kitchen upgrades were slowing everything down. Fine, I thought, I'll be patient. But things only got worse.
I ordered the plant-based Buddha bowl, which the menu described clearly. After an unreasonably long wait, it finally arrived cold, with an unexpected addition: rice. Nowhere in the ingredients list did it mention rice, and cold rice can be a serious health risk. Sadly, I learned that firsthand—I ended up with food poisoning, which ruined the first three days of my trip to Barcelona. I had to visit a pharmacy for medication to manage the nausea and cramps. Truly unacceptable.
