Je ne suis pas vraiment un geand fan de bols, mais celui-ci est au delà de mes attentes.

Je ne donne que 4 étoiles simplement parcequ’il n’y a qu’une seule option au menu, mais la bonne !
Only one option (hence 3 stars) BUT it’s really tasty. It’s a vegan bowl with rice, quinoa, tofu, veg and a PEANUT sauce. Served cold. Good size portion.
This was a truly great find when international airports are so often lacking in quality vegan offerings.
Situated near to gate E72/E73 in terminal 1.
After checking the restaurants in gates D and E I can say that this place has the best vegan options by far. It had at least three options in the menu (vegan bowl, burger and udon soup), and they know the difference between vegan and vegetarian.
I went for the bowl and was positively surprised. It was filling, flavourful and fresh. A little expensive (23$), but everything in the airport is.
In addition the waitress was super nice.
