This service is ridiculously nasty! Customer service is stink. The food was ok but the lack respect and service out weigh the taste of the food. Work on your service.

I never ever write bad reviews but this one I have too. First to begin with the cashier person have no manners and Trinis are usually well mannered people. Second they don’t take credit cards I’m visiting for Florida like how that making sense for tourists. Third, we paying debit (since they only take Canadian debit cards) we paying the same no manners cashier it didn’t go thru so we checking online banking she is to say show me the money come out the account. Ok snoopy we show her the online banking then she start the machine shut down because she making us pay a second time and the machine saying it’s a duplicate transaction. This is the WORSE trini place ever and I don’t recommend it just because of that woman attitude. I am a trini and we are usually very nice and kind towards all but na boy this is the WORSE encounter ever and I’ve been around the world. I highly not recommend you go here at all!

It matters NOT how the food taste. The SERVICE was TERRIBLE. And the extremely small signage regarding cash and Canadian debit it took a whole 10mins before we even saw it. The aloo pie hardly had aloo the doubles hardly had Chana as well. So taste matters NOT. Retrain your employees in customer service. I appreciate the response but I will NOT be returning.

Good, hearty doubles (mine was vegeterian) at a great price in a clean space! I was especially impressed with their honesty — I had left my sunglasses there and when I went back a week later, they had kept them safe for me.

Went here today, August 29. Paid 32.75 dollars for a mini boneless chicken roti, one doubles and a pack of preserved mango. Doubles was very good, chicken in the roti was sparse , and there was no flavour at all, dhalpuri was great quality but no flavour , and the customer service is order, pay and go like a factory. Not impressed at all. Say hello, enjoy your meal and thank you.

All I've gotten from this place so far are doubles, spicy, they are amazing. I'm definitely going to try other meals there but for now, I'm addicted to the doubles. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful:)

I went to Leela's Roti and had the best curry goat and paratha I have had from a roti and doubles spot.They were very kind and courteous engaging in friendly conversation while they served my food and handled the cash transaction. Often when places are good we seldom write reviews, we just keep going to support the business. Today I was reminded how important reviews are to a business, and especially this business!

Cashier was nice but from kitchen side 2 girl was disrespectful and keep me waiting long to take my order and look a like they were happy to keep me waiting that’s why I’m writing this review, hope they learn how to take care a little bit their next customer. Never gonna take order here again.
