I recently ordered porotta beef fry and butter chicken, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Both dishes tasted stale, as if they were made the day before and simply reheated. The beef fry lacked the usual freshness and flavor, while the butter chicken was bland and had an odd aftertaste. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. This experience was far from satisfying, and I won’t be ordering from here again unless the quality improves.

Visited this restaurant during less rush hour. there is difference in website menu and menu in restaurant. There was no all day buffet and almost no vegetarian option. Maitri was kind enough to figure out vegetarian starters. 👏🏻 Food and tea was very good taste wise.👍

If you are reading this review pls donot waste your time and money going to this place as the service is the worst I have experienced in the GTA. I donot know what happened because when they first opened food and service was good.
The so called manager of the store was so disappointing in how she handled our order of veg stew and appam . She brought the other parties food and they were half way through the meal and she comes and puts a bowl of the veg stew with no appam for almost 15 mins. When I went to the counter to ask her where the appam was she says a few more minutes and I saw two appams lying on the counter which looked like they had bad attempts at them and then she started to give excuse the batter was not right and today we had not enough staff. Why open restaurant when you donot have staff and if your batter was not right pls tell the customer when they are ordering so they can choose a different option . The food seemed it was taken out of the fridge and heated. I am not sure how this place is open with this kind of service and attitude. Asked her to cancel the order and paid for what we had and walked out and the manager had no words of apology but wanted us to understand what they were going through . The place looked good and the cutlery was good.

Owner of the restaurant didn’t pay to his employees. After unpaid training call girls for shift but didn’t pay and always make excuse that the business is not going well. All the new people who joined the team or thinking of just be aware, you are not going to get your own money.
Frozen vegetables for veg kothu parotta. Chicken noodles without chicken. Soup comes after main course...

Butter chicken was on the spicy side and it took ultimately look time for me to wait as well as i came here for buffet and they didn't had it somehow i was hungry so i ate but worst restaurant experience ever

Went to this restaurant on Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded as compared to other Kerala restaurants in Toronto. We chose a buffet and the food was kind of ok not too good. Not felt the Kerala taste in much of the dishes. There was no information on the availability of Kerala porotta and aapam. We proactively asked and it was available. Always make sure to ask if you need anything and confirm whether some items are included within the buffet. Not sure how the al Carte will taste like.
