The staff is completely disorganized and lacks customer service. We booked a 12pm time slot for Onam which was confirmed the day before. But we had to wait over an hour till we were seated and a further 30 minutes till we were served. When we complained, we were told we should be there on time, when we had been standing there for 45 minutes!!! Essentially, they were overbooked and could not deliver their service on time. Go elsewhere or just grab takeout!
Le Kochi always try to keep their authenticity in bringing flavours and taste when it comes to Kerala food. It's a place that we can bravely recommend to others.
