Have been ordering here for nearly 20 years and will continue to until the day they close up (hopefully never). The mapo tofu, spicy eggplant, beef curry, Calgary beef, and squid legs are all delicious. Haven't tried everything on the menu, but I'm sure it's all just as good.

I wish i can give them a 0 star rating, the lady at the counter was rude to everyone, there were 3 customers ahead of me. She was rude with them as well. Absolutely 0 on customer service. I will never visit again in my life.

Our family usually gets food in this place so we are technically their regular customer but last weekend i was so shock how she is treating everyone with disrespectful.
We were on the line for so long (like 30 mins or longer) then when we get to cashier, she does not want to accommodate us and told us to come back again, even if we are ready, as my mom even wrote down all the things we wanted so that it easier for us and for her, then she started helping the people at the back of us then when my mom and my sister ask why, she just said actually go find a different place and started speaking in her language.
This is behaviour is not tolerable.

Have been coming here for the past 10 years, always get their stir fried rice noodle with beef. Also love their stir fried rice noodle with pork and eggplant — sweet, sour and savoury! Only note is their slushies has a lot of ice in them and every sip has small chunks of ice.

She was rude and nasty!!! If I can give a zero, I would do it in a heart beat. The woman taking the orders at the front was absolutely rude and nasty. Our number was 45 and we waited for quite a while and watched other orders that had greater numbers than ours being served. So we asked about what’s happening with ours. Out of the blue she just turned and said you talk too much and I don’t want your orders in the future, go somewhere else. What the??!!!! What a nasty person! She worked her entire life every day at the food court, and I get it you get tired BUT what an attitude to your customers! Totally NOT worth going back ever. Just warning you she is a very rude person.

The Fried Crispy Chicken is spoiled. For some reason my favourite taste like something had been rotting away in the fridge and they serve it to their customer..... it was so stenchful. Once upon a time I always order their Fried Crispy Chicken like a fanatic, The fried skin and the chicken with the seasoning was delicious . Then out of the blue, they no longer serve the dish for almost a month. When the dish finally reappear in the menu, we ordered it and it was spoiled.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The person taking our order was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were waiting in line, she told us to come back after five minutes because they were very busy. When she finally took our order, I was clearly explaining what I wanted, but she rudely interrupted with, "You could have just told me," even though I was doing exactly that. To make it easier for her, I pointed out what I wanted, but she responded with, "Excuse me? Excuse me?" This was my first and last visit. I will never return to this place again!
I would rather go and support to a different place who has a better customer service than this!!
