This is a food court style restaurant which happens to have fast service. They provide a rather large portion of food, so you're getting your money's worth.
The chicken fried rice was good here and it's only $11, cheaper than a McDonald's trio!

Terrible service, in an abandoned nearly shut down mall. Prices are decent (nothing special) but food was very typical and mediocre. Cleanliness is an issue. Found a small hair in my food!

You made this pregnant lady sad cause I was hungry. I’m glad to see your business thrive but if u continue your a customer service low this then I don’t know… don’t think we will be back.

Very rude costumer service. I dont know if its a language barrier or the lady on the phone refuses to listen. I was placing my order and I was told to call back in 5mins because I dont know what Im ordering, then she hangs up the call. Seeing all the reviews, seems like this is a common practice. She cuts me off during our conversation, so how can she listen to what Im talking about? Shes not even letting me finish what Im saying.
Im not surprised people are losing costumers in this area because of this. My family always go to this plaza when we were young, when it was still booming. But theres a reason why this place is empty now.
There’s other good chinese places in Ssauga. This is not your only option. Have a good day lady, it seems you always have a bad day.
This place has the rudest worker I have ever seen. She refused to serve me and told me to go somewhere else. Left me in line and moved on to the next person.
Also, they advertise that they open at 11:30. The rude worker/manager arrived to open the store at 12:30. A waste of time.

Your classic mom and pop Chinese spot, the food is good, there is lots to pick from and the prices are fair. Bring cash to avoid fees!
Only issue here is that sometimes they’re closed even though on Google Maps it shows they’re supposed to be open.
It can really suck when you come here but then turns out you have to head somewhere else to eat.
Calling ahead is a way to make sure they’re open but calling each time can be a pain if you want to go fairly regularly.
If this is your one in a blue moon spot, call ahead and make sure you’re all good to go. If you can make sure they’re always there when you go, you shouldn’t experience any issues ever with this spot!
There was one time where there was unlimited egg shells in my fried rice but maybe it was punishment for going there 30 mins before closing so don’t do that!

Just ordered the sweet and sour chicken on fried rice it’s amazing my first time ever having this food just seen it on uber and said what the heck and I’m glad I did GREAT FOOD showed up hot and fresh oh yeah the food portion is alot which is good for the price sorry for the pic I was to hungry and forgot to take the pic before I started to eat lol
