Total rip off, food with no taste, overly priced, poor customer service (servers had no respect for customers), and un-inviting ambiance…should have read reviews prior to visiting but was a prey of TikTok ad

yall do not go here. the manager, Ahmed, is potentially the most awful person ever. he is always yelling and talking down to his staff. he literally yelled at a waitress right in front of me and my family just for a minor mistake. do not give this man ur money, there is so many nicer places to go. food is mediocre, place and kitchen looks dirty

I went to this restaurant and ordered a shawarma wrap, and honestly the experience was terrible. The plate they served it on was not clean at all, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. On top of that, the owner (Ahmad) was very impolite, and instead of fixing the issue, he made the situation worse.
I ended up leaving right away because the hygiene and customer service were both extremely disappointing.
I don’t recommend anyone to go here. There are way better and cleaner places around—trust me, save your time and money.

I visited Levant Restaurant in the morning hoping to enjoy a simple coffee and something to eat, but the experience was really disappointing. The floor was extremely dirty, and it honestly made me lose my appetite. I politely mentioned it to the owner, Ahmed, thinking he would appreciate the feedback, but instead he was very rude and told me “you can leave” instead of fixing the problem.
This is not how a business should treat customers.
Based on my experience, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are many better and cleaner places in Mississauga where you can enjoy your morning without dealing with this kind of disrespect. Listen to me and save yourself the trouble.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food is delicious and tastes very fresh, and the bread is warm and perfect. The team is friendly and welcoming, and the owner is truly lovely – you really feel like you’re at home, not just at a restaurant.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t miss it!

The food is just really average at best. There’s just something slightly off about every item yet it’s still edible. I had kofta, beef skewer, fattoush salad, a bunch of the baked breads manaeesh, arayes. I was excited to try it all but it was disappointing. The oven baked manakeesh was over cooked bc the dough was too thin, the arayes were just not good, the fattoush was very basic, and the skewers were okay. Even their garlic sauce tasted watered down and off. Overall just not worth it. Idk who the chef is but something’s not right there.
