called around 8pm to order a pizza and crazy bread. the customer service representative on the phone said they have a deal for regular crazy bread so i asked for the price difference between the regular crazy bread versus stuffed crazy bread. she asked "is this a prank call?" and then hung up on me in the middle of me explaining that i'm just asking for the price difference. i called back to ask to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager and started giving me a bunch of attitude. i ended up hanging up and ordering from a different pizza place. terrible customer service especially if she really is a manager.

Staff are so rude at 3055 Argntia road, she doesn’t care about service especially with uber drivers, one of staff at night 10:40 while I went there for uber pickup and i requested for write order number but she simply denied and said I don’t care and showed bad attitude to me. In canada one cummunity destroyed all the loyalty.

straightforward service. every person in the line was attended to immediately. used one of their coupons without a hitch. tiny, tidy place. order was hot and ready within the quoted frame. satisfied with their medium pepperoni stuffed crust pizza.

I have gone to this location 3 times now (at different times during the day) and they never have any pizzas ready for take out. This is literally one of the advantages that Little Caesars has over other pizza stores and they can’t even live up to it. A customer leaving at the same time as me also mentioned how they have stopped going to Little Caesars because they never have pizza ready like they are supposed to and the only reason why they were there today was for their grandkids.
I also ordered delivery through their website, which never informed me that it would be DoorDash delivering it. I only became aware of this after my order was placed. When my order was delivered, half of the order was missing. When I called Little Caesar’s they took no ownership, felt no remorse, and told me that I had to contact DoorDash because the driver must of messed up. That makes absolutely no sense when I placed the order through the Little Caesars website, not DoorDash. After arguing with me and claiming they did nothing wrong, they informed me that the driver did not take all of the items.
The customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never be going here again, or any little Caesars.

Hit and miss with the quality of the pizza. Sometimes undercooked dough. But quick and an easy dinner. However the customer service is absolutely terrible. I witnessed a fight while waiting for food last Sunday. Essentially, they had a customer waiting for 20mins without informing him the food was ready. The guy said he didn't want the food. No ownership of error or even attempt to make it right with him. The owner actually attempted to laught it off and blame him for.the miscommunication. Worst part, in that confusion, they never made my order. So their solution? Give me the disgruntled customer's old pizza (same order as mine) , which he had carried out of the store at one point! So now I waited 30 minutes for my pizza with no effort to make it right with me. I will echo what he said to you, another bad review and you have yourselves to blame.

Went there at 11:00 in the afternoon didn't have any pizzas ready had to wait 10 minutes for my lunch special I didn't have the opportunity to go anywhere else this was very unfortunate for me because I was at work and didn't have that much time to kill for
