Terrible service and food. Ordered take out got home to soggy rotten pizza. Called the store and was told I could drive twenty minutes back and they would not refund my money. Will never return to this location.

Are you guys serious? Why are we paying more for less food? The pizza was so thing it wasn’t even pizza anymore at that point.I was greeted with “ there’s your order” and then she walked away. I shouted “thank you” not realizing how disappointed I would be but I got no response. I took a bite of the pizza and it is literally as thin as a wrap. This picture is not what is advertised online and prior to this the pizza has been a decent size. It may be just this location but that is ridiculous. I understand inflation but at least if you’re raising the price give us what we’re paying for.

If you want comfort food that tastes like cattle feed, thats the place for you!Overly greasy and the dough has absolutely no flavour. The cheese? Rubbery and tasteless as well. The round pizza doesnt even look like a pizza, a weird and moist dough that I have never seen before.what about the new "crazy puffs"? I have never eaten something so rubbery and tasteless.Looks lile Little Caesars stores are always empty for a reason.

Trouble with Triton
I now remember why this location hasn't been given my business. First of all why is pizza in Mississauga 10 dollars more than pizza in Barrie. Same order, 2 medium Pizzas, 2 crazy breads.Secondly I specifically asked for lightly done, it was almost the opposite. Overdone to the point of almost burnt crazy bread. Barrie location had no problem with this . Not impressed as Little Ceasars used to be consistent, cheap and decent . Considering the overall customer satisfaction isn't great maybe corporate should get involved with this location and consider lowering the price in the GTA.

Unfortunately the pizza is a hit and miss here. Today (Labour Day 2023) we were served a hard and stale Large pizza ?. The management has to reconsider the shelf life intervals because clearly, the freshness and quality of pizza is sharply reduced after a certain time. That certain time is what they have to figure out with accuracy so they can keep their customers (like me) HAPPY!

Placed an order online. I went to the location to pick it up and had to wait a bit which was fine. I could hear my name being repeated many times so I am assuming they didn't make my order. The girl bent down and pulled out a pizza and called my nameI opened it and immediately know it wasnt fresh. I asked her of this was the hot and ready that's been sitting there and she admitted to it. She asked me if I wanted a fresh pizza and I told her I wanted a refund instead. Her other coworker came over with a fresh pizza and informed me ot just came out.Just let me know you forgot my order and ask me to wait, don't provide me with a pizza that has been sitting for some time

They messed up my order and then tried to blame me for it. Extremely difficult person behind the counter. I just wanted to get the right order, happy to pay the difference.

Awful customer service- TWICE- they got my order wrong (in the same order) had to be recharged twice. Came out with the wrong order and had to wait another 10mins because they got the order wrong, and not offered anything as a good will gesture (even just waiving the difference of $3) asked to speak with the manager- to be told I was speaking with the owner, to which she replied "you must have said it wrong" "she must have heard you wrong"- absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Make sure you triple check your order has been heard correctly and ask to have it read back to you is my advice!

For a business that takes pride in their hot and ready pizzas this location doesn't ever seem to have any I've come here multiple times where they have nothing available you have to wait to make it fresh if that was the case I would go to pizza pizza or anywhere else to get a fresh pizza or a pizza that I had to wait for at least

We love little Caesar’s pizza but picked one from this location and it was poorly made. Dry, with almost no tomato sauce, cheese far from the outside and the pepperonis thrown in a messy way with some slices having none and other having them clumped together. Poor brand experience.
