We went on a weekday for lunch. Not busy at all. They don’t take reservations, I guess you don’t need to. Soup base is very heavy, you don’t even need any sauce - I personally like lighter soup base and use the dipping sauce to adjust to my like.

Service is really good. I went for my birthday and they gave me my meal for free which was amazing! Dinner menu is pretty good, we had the all you can eat hot pot. They don't bring all the meat and vegetables to your table, you grab most of it from a common area. My only gripe is that the tongs end up cross-contaminating with other meats, which can be a concern as a person with dietary restrictions.

My first experience. The ingredients were fresh and there was such a variety. I loved that I could make my own sauce! So many things that I did not get to try so I will be back for sure.

The place was very clean. The food was amazing! The broths are extremely flavourful and it definitely goes faster than korean/japanese bbq. They have a cooking guide and endless meat options. Overall I genuinely loved it and cant wait to go back

Ate here with my friends, the AYCE lunch. You are able to get individual smaller pots so if you don't want to share one large pot you don't have to. They give you a few trays of sliced beef to start with, which was enough for us, because they also have a self serve section with other ingredients like vegetables, noodles, other meat and drinks. All the food was good and hot pot itself is pretty fun. Only complaint is the seating can be a bit crowded if you are next to another full table.

I visited this spot with a friend last week. I didn't know they changed it up until she told me! The first time I came here was over five years ago, and I was not a fan so of course, I was skeptical about coming here. This was also my first hot pot experience since the last time I was here.
My mind changed. We both got our own small broth for the dinner AYCE. I got the spicy broth, and she got the tomato. Do be warned, the spicy broth is quite oily. First spoon in, I got a mouth full of oil. Stirred it around, and finally got the flavours! Not too spicy, but it was pretty good! I did get lots of pieces of chilli and peppercorn though.
We go to get our food from the stations and I was like a kid at the candy store. They had a wide selection of veggies, meats, seafood, and variety for creating your dip. They also had some honey dew and canned peaches for fruit, and about 4 cooked items. As far as I remember, I got some dumplings, veggies, and some meat. We had beef brisket for the table. Everything tasted real good! Though i do believe it depends on the broth. The only item I didn't like was the red sausage. The other meats, seafood and veggies tasted great in the spicy broth!
They also have a small selection for desert: cake or milk bread? with condensed milk (REALLY GOOD)from the self serve. You are allowed to get an ice cream cone from the front. Once you pay, you're also given a fortune cookie!
The service overall was ok, there weren't a lot of interactions as you'd expect at an AYCE. But they were really nice and quick with keeping tables clean!
Definitely will be coming back here and getting some broth mix to take home!
