Staff were pretty disappointing. Explained first time they didn't care enough to explain the process at all. Very confusing no one around after the delivery of the hot pot, like how do you order more beef/lamb? Is that extra? Any tips for booking the food in the pot?You have to pay yourself at the end and ask for ice cream.Hot pot is too salty I don't see myself going here again

My first Hot Pot experience, so I have nothing to compare to. Ordered their all you can eat dinner option with a spicy broth. Broth was not my favorite but it's not to say that it was bad, just not my cup of tea. The food I cooked in it turned out really good. They have all kinds of meats and vegetables you can cook. As well as a few precooked dishes. All in all I would recommend a visit whether you are a hot pot expert or just want to try it for the first time.

They have updated the menu and now have a regular ayce and deluxe ayce (+$5 with beef lamb and 3 other items). The rest of the food and drink are available in the buffet. The soup base is extra.The price of food is good bang for your buck and plenty of choices on the buffet.I would rate this higher than 3 stars because the service is very lack luster. After you get seated, you don't see your server again until the end of the 2hr limit. Ordering anything from the deluxe menu requires a server so I think this is the reason why they leave you alone. Also, I didn't know deserts were available since no one offered when we were eating.
It was my first time having hot pot and I was excited. The meat quality was great and the service was fast. The broth wasn't anything spectacular and everything tasted the same after boiling in the broth. It was an underwhelming experience and hot pot is overhyped. I will stick to Korean or Japanese BBQ which is far superior in flavour and texture when it comes to all you can eat.

Food was delicious. They had ready to eat meals such as chicken wings, stir fried noodles and spring rolls. Lots of variety ingredients for the hotpot to choose from. They also have unlimited free drinks as well. The only thing lacking was service. Nobody greeted us at the door and stood in front for half an hour. Would be nice for a staff member to acknowledge as well as welcome us in and to let us know it will be a bit of a wait. Overall, it was good.
