What truly made the evening stand out was the incredible service. Louis and Liz were exceptional. Louis, in particular, paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His attentiveness and professionalism really elevated the entire dining experience. Liz was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of.
Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Amazing food, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about The Lobby Lounge at the Sandman Hotel. The service here is top-notch, and that’s thanks in large part to L &L and the rest of the bartending and serving team. They always go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and they do it with professionalism and a great attitude.
The food is consistently excellent and comes out quickly, which is always a plus. On the rare occasion there’s ever an issue, they take care of it right away with no hassle. Honestly, if it weren’t for L & L, I probably wouldn’t even stay at the Sandman — their service is that good.
If you’re staying at the hotel (or even if you’re just in the area), The Lobby Lounge is absolutely worth a visit.

Lui & Liz are the best we had a situation where we couldn’t get a room and not only did they take care us at the bar, but they also help work with the hotel staff to find a room as the hotel was sold out every time I come to Toronto and stay at the Sandman in Mississauga Lou and Liz are the best they remember you from your last visit they make you feel like you’re home after a long day of travel great job and thanks for everything Chicago corn

Absolutely amazing experience here! Lui was our bartender/server, my sister and I spent about a week at the hotel. We would pop in dounstairs at the lounge whenever we felt like winding down. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm, just the perfect spot for late night drinks or dinner or even just a little bedtime snack. But the best part was the service, Lui was extremely personable and very accomodating to whatever vibe we were going for each time. If you dont know what kind of drink your looking for he's sure to give great recomendations! Overall this was the best experience I've had at a restaurant and will be most certainly visiting again!
