Cozy, at the same time chic and elegant place.Nicely decorated, beautifull ambience with attention to details.Prototype of lobby bar/lounge..The meals I head(steak bites,thai chilli chkx bites,burger, house salad, lime cheesecake…), just to mention few..,all made to perfection.Cocktails prepared by Mr.Lui..,like watch artist at his best.Mentioning<Lui&Liz>couple there, are actually main reason, in this case, why we visit places like this.I spent a month in the hotel, couldn’t wait to come down, after my work to meet them.Lui is phenomenal.Thank you, so much guys.I really had a great time.I appreciate and seeya next year.

Enjoyed our evening at Lobby the Lounge.Lovely atmosphere, although a little loud due to a big group, which is out of the ordinary.Great attentive service.It was wine night so $10 off bottles. Nice!The steak bites were delicious and cooked to perfection.We also had the cheesecake which was like a lemon meringue pie on a cheesecake. Wow.Lovely time.Vegetarian options: They had nice salads.

Although I can't speak much to the food (the chicken tenders are really delicious though), the service is top notch and the atmosphere is laid back. Lui and Liz are what customer service is all about; they always greeted me by name, took the time to chat even on busy nights, knew my drink order, and Lui would even have one magically appear out of his pockets when he came to our table. I have been in this hotel for two months and never got sick of being down there! Prices and drink specials are also very reasonable. Even if I'm not in the Sandman next time I'm in Toronto, I will still pay this bar a visit.

We stumbled on this place at our regular date night and met Louisa and Luis a husband and wife team that pretty much run this restaurantand and the bar. The appetizers were phenomenal and the service was exceptional. Luiz is a master at the bar. It was such fun, good conversation and super food. Pop in for dinner or a drink and appetizers, you won't regret it. Ask for the husband and wife team to take care of you. On top of that, the rooms are clean, comfortable and we'll priced. Great staycation date night place.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for over a year now with a friend for a girls weekend and have always had an amazing experience especially with Johar, Lou and Kiran, they always treat us with respect and so much love and hospitality.Last night, I had an experience with Liz that made me question if she was racist or discriminatory or just plain miserable… we were told of a new rule or law since July 31, 2023 which makes absolutely no sense. She told us: “I can’t sell more than 2 drinks per hour” I definitely don’t plan on returning. We weren’t the only people she was being negative towards and I personally don’t think she should be the first face you see upon arrival.

Liz makes the best drinks in town. She knows how make everything and she’s good at it! As well as her drinks are amazing, her services are irreproachable. She has a warm and sweet personality and it’s always nice to have a talk with her over a drink. I go to bars and lounges often and i can’t compare any of them. Going to the loung is very relaxing and fun when liz is there, she’ll always bring a smile to the table <3
