We bought two extra large pizzas. I double checked the order and the veggie pizza came with no tomatoes despite paying for them. We have been very loyal customers. Taste is not as good, paying for product we didn’t receive and spending well over $100 for our order you would think there might be a bit of effort made. A ton of cheese (we did order extra but barely anything underneath. Feel cheated.

The best pizza in the area and my go-to spot. It’s a bit pricier than others, but absolutely worth it - you can taste the quality. I’ve been a fan for years. No dine-in, just walk in and grab a slice or a pickup order. If you’re unsure what to try, go for the Deluxe!

If you’re in the area, Luca Pizza is a must-visit. We ordered half Deluxe and the Luca Super—both loaded with toppings and packed with flavor. The lasagna was fresh and balanced the meal nicely; a bit salty for my taste, but still cheesy and comforting. It’s a tiny spot for dining, but we didn’t mind at all—people-watching made it even more enjoyable. Affordable eats with premium ingredients—definitely a hidden gem.

This was the worst experience ever. I get that Halloween is a busy night, but this was beyond ridiculous. We placed our order at 12 p.m. — yes, noon — for delivery at 5:30 p.m. so we planned ahead. By 7:30 p.m., we were still sitting here with no pizza, no update, nothing.
When we finally called to see what was going on, the person who answered was completely rude, and someone in the background actually hung up on us and said, “guess you’re out of luck.” Excuse me?! After waiting over two hours past our delivery time?
Busy night or not, that’s absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a restaurant can’t handle the volume, don’t take the orders — but don’t treat your customers like garbage either. We won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before doing so. Let me also add this particular person today was the same person a few weeks ago who hung up on my sister. Sorry Luca’s Marconis pizza saved the day.

Absolutely awful customer service. I will never order from here again. I live in a condo and ordered from here multiple times and had no issues with delivery. We ordered today and when I placed my order everything was normal. When the driver arrived he told me he is unable To deliver my pizza inside my building anymore. I was unable to go outside at the time as I was home with my son finishing up his bath. He still refused to deliver the pizza to my door even if I wasn’t able To get it myself and drove away with my pizza. I called the store and the women on the phone was so rude and dismissive. I was never told of this “new change” or else I would never have ordered for here again knowing I wouldn’t have been able to get my pizza from outside. Now my family was out their dinner. Absolutely disgusting and awful customer service. I also asked for the manager and was completely brushed off. Just be aware if you order from here they will not care of any errors on their end and you will not be compensated or heard.
