Customer Service is out of this world. Best servers and customer service. Whats even better is the food. So delicious! Don't think twice, just go visit MadOx. I love how the aren't shy to show they serve halal food with a certificate right at the front. Makes Muslims feel so comfortable eating here. Thank you for doing this:)
I was shocked they wouldn't serve you a glass of water even after you bought a drink. You have to buy a bottle of water. The lamb skewers were alright but very fatty and had some bones/cartilage embedded. The cornbread was dry with crunchy edges. The hickory smoked BBQ wings were absolutely phenomenal. They don't give you side plates with your food (for bones and such). The QR code you have to scan for the menu leads to an empty page. Our first server was unfriendly and took a very long time to approach. Our drinks were finally served after the food was delivered. The second server was very friendly and nice; the only reason I left a tip. They also don't give you wet wipes for your fingers after the wings. All around disappointment.

I recently visited Mad Ox Restaurant, and overall, I had a great time! The ambiance is really enjoyable, with a comfortable and inviting feel. Their food is delicious – full of flavor and definitely satisfying. My only note would be that some dishes can be quite greasy, which is something to be aware of if you're sensitive to that. Despite that, the quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere make it a place I'd recommend for a hearty meal.

Really good food, we got the ribs and brisket burger. The meat on the ribs simply falls off the bones, and the burger tasted like each ingredient was carefully selected to perfection. Highly recommend going here!
