Had dinner at Mado yesterday and the food was amazing authentic Turkish cuisine with generous portions. The service was absolutely superb. Our waitress, Sababa, was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented! We had everything we needed before we even had to ask. She truly made our date night special.

We were visiting from Alberta, and came to Mado from a friend’s recommendation. The food and service were great. We Prachi as a server and she went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommended

Very slow almost non existent service. We were ignored after sitting down for a good 15 mins, then had a crowd of 5 servers stands together as if we don’t exist. It’s a mission to get someone to recognize you and come take your order

Really disappointed. Was a regular customer but met the (new?) manager today who was extremely rude and unkind. The food quality has also dropped. Mado is not the same anymore. Goodbye MADO

I agree with others that the service is poor. We had to flag somebody down after 10 minutes just to get something to drink and the restaurant wasn't that busy. That was just the beginning of the poor service. I don't know if all serving staff is bad but the young woman we had wasn't good at all. We didn't get the impression she knew what she was doing. She was very nice though. She needs more training! The food was excellent. I'm not 100% sure I'd come back because the service was that bad.
