As regular customers who travel from Guelph several times a month, we are writing to share our disappointment regarding an order placed today, February 13th, around 12:00 pm.
The order consisted of one Mathlotha, one Zurbian, and one Mansaf yogurt. Despite arriving 30 minutes after ordering for a requested 15-minute pickup, the food was still not ready and required an additional 20 minute wait. More importantly, the lamb in the Zurbian was undercooked and tasted raw, the dish was missing the standard boiled potato, and the Mansaf yogurt was watery rather than its usual thick consistency.
Raised the concern by call and was told to send an email, so emailed and no response to the email as well. Pathetic customer service.

The restaurant has a great staff, but it's declining from where it started, and that's not good for the restaurant industry.
The dish I ordered is a dish that Jordan is famous for, and I know how it is prepared. It was not of the same quality as before.
The bathroom is one of the most important facilities that must be 100% clean, otherwise diseases will spread.
I am donating this restaurant and I hope the owners will pay more attention to their source of income.
