I just went in at 7:30 am on the morning to buy fresh pandesal for my kids and the lady came out and said none ready yet 15 monte minutes. I waited patiently inside the store and another man came in and asked for some as well then he waited. When the bread was done SHE served him first before me and she knew I was there first. I thought that was rude of her. FIRST COME FORST SERVE LADY.
Moldy bread . Purchased it June 21st and expiry date is June 28.

I’ve been going to Manila bakery for a long time. I’ve always enjoyed their hot pandesal. By far one of the best in my opinion.

Better tasting pandesal than from the grocery.
came all the way from hamilton just to receive a very poor customer service. We arrived an hour before the closing only for the women to keep on asking if we're going to pay already even if we're still browsing just because they're closing already. I just hope they just closed the store instead of letting customers in and making us feel we're not welcome. and her tone of voice? can't get it off of my mind very rude talaga hay
Seems pretty busy bakery. The best item is their freshly baked buns. You won’t get them anywhere else. Worth giving a shot.

Cashier sucks! I came for hot pandesal and was told it's no longer hot, which would have been ok with me. I jokingly said " so I get a discount for cold pandesal". The cashier sarcastically said, "so get the one on the shelf". Her name should be simang (as in palaging simangot). It never fails I go there for hot pandesal everyday and she's always rude and sarcastic. One day of bad hair day would have been ok but everyday is a bit much. I'm being generous for giving one star for service because zero is not an option. Thankfully pandesal is not as bad as the service. Just saying.

The pandesal still taste good but heads up everyone it just got more expensive. From $4.25 to $4.75 for a fresh dozen & in that dozen some of them got a lot smaller.
Customer service is not that great either all throughout my experience of buying there. I wish they have another filipino bakery nearby where a customer should be treated how a customer should be.
The price are just getting ridiculously high for no good reason.

I came to Manila bakery today to buy fresh pandesal, which by the way is great…..BUT…..
I did come across a very rude cashier. I saw two skin products behind the cashier on the shelf that caught my eye. I asked the cashier if I can see both of them so I can decide on which I would like to buy. But she insisted that I make the decision before seeing the product. I asked nicely but she still wouldn’t budge even if she could’ve just held it closer just so I can see clearer. Anyways I choose the product which is a facial sunscreen and this was the amount that was inside as if someone has already used more than half of the cream.
Keep in mind that this is very small container maybe 1inch in diameter so there is very very little cream.
